The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for up to six, along with additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
A full bathroom with a shower enclosure is conveniently located for all guests and is adjacent to a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. Across the hallway, the master suite boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en-suite spa-inspired bathroom, and beautiful views to fall asleep to, along with access to a private deck.
The lower level of the home includes a half bathroom and a secondary living room furnished for comfort, along with a custom wet bar for quick refreshments while watching the flat-screen TV. Our residence is conveniently located near downtown Grand Lake and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Additional amenities include a 2 car garage parking, laundry room, in-floor radiant heating and please be advised that air conditioning is not available.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
