The Space:

This 2,500 sq ft beachfront residence is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and effortless coastal living. Featuring four well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and closet, the layout is ideal for families or groups traveling together while still enjoying personal space.



Sleeping arrangements include:

- Primary bedroom with king bed, ocean views, private balcony access, double-sink ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet

- Second bedroom with king bed and peaceful mountain views

- Third bedroom with two matrimonial-size beds and mountain views

- Fourth interior bedroom with a bunk bed (matrimonial on bottom, single on top), perfect for kids or teens

Getting Around:

We offer complimentary airport transfers for our guests to make arrival seamless. This beachfront property is located in a calm residential area of Bucerías, making it ideal for guests who enjoy peaceful surroundings while still having easy access to town. Downtown Bucerías is about a 10–15 minute walk along the beach or nearby streets, or a short drive if you prefer. A covered parking space is included for guests with a vehicle. Many guests enjoy walking along the beachfront, biking, or using scooters to explore the area at a relaxed pace.



The location offers the best of both worlds: quiet, beachfront living with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

--> Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly.

--> Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required.

--> Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers.
