The Chateaux Sunset Suites complex boasts a beachfront, heated pool, BBQ area, and an impeccably maintained landscape.



Inside, the bright and airy living area impresses with chic leather couches leading out onto the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space and bonus seating at a breakfast bar. Adjacent to it is the elegantly appointed dining area with seating for four. The dreamy main suite boasts soothing seaside hues and an impressive king bed. The en suite main bath features a shower/ tub combination.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US.

High quality furniture and cute decor, the view from the balcony was gorgeous! Close to so many shops, restaurants, and things to do. Not very soundproof from the neighbors but having the standing fans running helped with that. Would stay here again!

Great beach view from 4th floor balcony. Very clean. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The living room, dining and kitchen areas are all very spacious. The elevator worked great. The AC was not cooling down the first day, but it was fixed very promptly and it worked great for the remainder of the stay.

The unit is very clean, maybe a little outdated. The water pressure in the bathroom is low. But the location is outstanding, which is really what was most important to us.

Perfect location both on the beach and in proximity to plenty of food and entertainment. Condo was clean and had everything you need. Great views from the balcony overlooking the beach.

Close to everything. Comfortable, reasonably priced for on the beach, and roomy. We were able to see the dolphins from the beach and it was a true delight! We were able to watch many ocean sunsets from our deck, beautiful! I really enjoyed drinking my coffee there in the morning. They had some chairs in the closet for us to use on the beach and we left a sadle floaty. We will be back! The only down is no washer and dryer in the condo, but there is one on the first floor. Loved it!

I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. It was way better than the previous "resort" we stayed at. And the view is just breathtaking. My only MINOR MINOR complaint... whatever they use for glass cleaning leaves smears. So the patio door was not clear nor was the glass coffee table. That was literally the only thing and its nothing to keep a person from staying there! The balcony... worth the stay!

Absolutely loved my stay. The view was incredible and the place was so lovely. The elevator actually did work for us and the balcony was where we spent so much of our time. It’s a great location

The place was super nice, clean, and stocked with kitchen utilities, beach toys, extra linens etc. looks just like the pictures. We absolutely loved it!!

ZERO STARS. Casago not only sent the wrong door code that did not work, after multiple phone calls where they promised to send a new code via email they never did, leaving us an hour past check in time with no place to stay. Worst customer service experience in 20 years traveling to Florida. AVOID CASAGO OWNED PROPERTIES.

Overall, the property met our needs. We appreciated being right on the beach. The knob for the shower broke, but we were able to communicate with the property department/owner quickly and it was fixed within 24 hours. Would have been nice to use the balcony but there was maintenance being done throughout our stay.

Beautiful condo and beach

Loved staying here the condo was nice sized, the balcony had stunning views and the beach was great. Only complaint is that elevators were out because of hurricanes so had to lug our luggage up a lot of stairs. A small price to pay for an otherwise perfect week!

The beach was being worked on and we were not informed. The balcony was closed and we were not told that. We had planned on spending lots of time on the balcony looking for dolphins and listening to the ocean and we could not do that :(

I’ll start out by saying that if walking up 4 flights of stairs is difficult for you, choose a different property. Elevator is still out of service from the hurricanes. It if you’re ok with that, the property is clean and has lovely views.Beach access

The condo was clean and had everything as advertised. The view was wonderful and enjoyed Indian Rock Shores location. However the pthermostat was set at 73 degrees, but the temperature stayed at 76 until our last night and it was 80 degrees. There were fans that helped. Elevator was not working. Maintenance guy was working on it our last day.

Beautiful View

The condo was perfect for our trip. My wife and son (6 years old) had a great time! Although it is only a one bedroom condo, the added space for a very open living room is worth it. The open living room and kitchen make this condo very welcoming and comfortable. And the view is absolutely perfect!

Beautiful sunsets

The place was very clean. The cleaning lady by the lobby/pool area kept the place so clean each morning. Very easy to check in. It’s a smaller condo but it worked fine for our family. Bed was comfortable. Watching the sunset from our balcony never got old. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have not gone on vacation just the 2 of us in a long time and where very excited about this trip. I booked the perfect place that was right on the beach ocean side only to have it changed to a very small place on the parking lot side about a month before we where supposed to come down. Only to have it changed right after we landed in Florida at 5:30 at night. Once we made it to the new place we where locked out of the building and it took an hour to figure out the code to get in and then it took a while longer to figure out the code to the front door to the condo working with you guys. After we arrived the porch smelled like a poultry farm when the wind changed directions because of the bird sanctuary next door. There was construction going on at the current place and our numbered parking spot was blocked off not able to park in it. Needless to say a lot of time was wasted. They said the pool was open and it was closed and has been since the hurricane last year.

Comfortable stay/Broken door lock

Stay was quiet and comfortable. Would recommend this facility. Liked the remote check in due to our flight came in at 1am. Pool was up and running and we had beach access. I can tell alot of work went into getting the place back after the hurricanes. Only problem was due to the wood was rotting around the door lock we could not lock it. I was able to contact the the property manager easily and the problem was solved. Beautiful room! Elevator still not working.
