Everything was great. The place is very large. One thing to note is that there are 2 kitchens and there is a bedroom in a different part of the house that does not have its own door. It is a large space in a quiet neighborhood and close to many things. We were happy and would stay there again.

We stayed for 7 nights. The WiFi was in and out the whole time. We had to put the WiFi and password into the tv every time it would go out. It was finally fixed the day before we left. If you are staying for more than two days, you will have to supply your own toilet paper and garbage bags. As well as any other items you will need. The garage in the picture is unavailable to use. Very nice house otherwise! Also, a great location. Check in and out were smooth.

Great location and very responsive host company. Close to beach and local amenities. Very nice pool Could use investment in furniture and kitchen amenities to make a better value for price. Overall great stay.

Great family home

Great location..close to everything! Very nice home for multiple families... wish pool was more in sun but did not keep kids from swimming. Nice big kitchen, Weber grill...we had an amazing time!

Beautiful property - perfect for fun & relaxation!

We rented this property to bring our family, living out of state, together! This beautiful property was perfect for fun & relaxation! The beach is a 5 minute drive, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk, and the Welcome Book was comprehensive! Everyone LOVED our week together!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

The property was "as advertised". It was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The fourth bedroom was tucked away behind the laundry room and made the perfect cave for me to be able to get work done in between Spring Training games and other relaxing activities. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back down for Phillies Spring Training again.

Cleanliness was lacking

Bed sheets smelled like mens cologne and a bunch of Febreeze. Like they hadn’t been washed. All kinds of hair in the bathroom on the floor. Cup holders in the couch were filthy. The pool had two big patches of dirt. Really needed a deep cleaning.

Not a property for adult relaxing stay.

Problem that we could never disable alarms to go to patio pool area. No children in group. If wanted to have morning coffee by the pool, alarm wakes up the whole house when door opens. Property manager took several hours for response or no response on how to deal with issue.

Stayed 4 nights with kids and grand kids. House met our expectations. Very clean upon arrival. We had issues with the lock on door, combo wouldn't work. We ended up leaving the door open until check out. Tried communicating with host and they gave the exact instructions we were using to unlock and it still wouldn't unlock. We had issues with internet being extremely intermittent and living room tv wouldn't connect to network. Messaged host and answer was to unplug. We did that multiple times and never got it connected. Ended up using my roku i brought along.Other minor issue, is trash pickup days on email instructions were different than notes next to front door, so trash can stayed at curb for 2 days as it was the wrong day. Also not enough trash bags for a full weekend of a family of 8. Overall pool was refreshing and everything else was great.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The house was clean and had the amenities we needed. The bonus was how close to the beach we were (just over a mile). It made for a nice morning walk to the beach and back. The pool was clean as well. A little to cold out for me to use but if warmer definitely would have been used. Close to stores and restaurants.
