Nestled right in the middle of all of the Crystal Coast's action, the Southwinds Condominiums offer a comfortable, luxurious, and family-friendly getaway! When you aren't utilizing the resort's shared grill or pool, check out the plethora of world-renowned attractions nearby including the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, and the Atlantic Beach Boardwalk.

Inside, the sun-filled living room offers a pleasant space to sit back and relax with those you love. When you aren't hanging out here, sit on the water view balcony, or cook up some tasty treats in the well-equipped kitchen. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer ensure that you have all of the amenities you need to make your vacation great!

Free/Paid parking for 2 car(s) allowed. The parking permits must be displayed on the dash of vehicles.
Check in time: 4:00 pm.
Check out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great location and view.

Nice but very bland. We've stayed at several condos, they all had amazing decor. There isn't much going on in this unit. Location is great but 3 levels of stairs is rough, especially when staying multiple days to a week with hauling things in and out. As with all the other reviews.. that couch has seen better days. Incredibly low to the ground. I'm 6'3 so it's like getting off of a beach chair every time. However, my kids loved it because it's worn down and their feet touch the ground. Other than that, we had a great time. Really close to the beach, the pools were in great shape and didn't come across one rude person the entire trip. We will book again but with a ground level unit next time.

The apartment complex was beautiful, with great beach access and two nice pools. Apartment H13 was old and outdated. The beds and couch were very uncomfortable. The apartment was very dirty, bed covers and couch stained and gross. Everything in the kitchen had to be washed before it could be used. Found dirty silverware in the drawer. Would recommend that the owner clean and update the apartment before listing it again.

Great Ocean View

Read the reviews about this place and look at the pictures. I recommend to anyone that is planning on watching TV sometime during their stay, to pay close attention to the couch pictured. It is a bamboo couch with faded blue cushions. This couch is low, in fact it is about 15" high. This makes it very difficult to get up off of it. I've seen couches on the side of the road that were in better shape than this one. And the matching chairs are no better. If they have not been replaced save your money. Before booking ask if these have been replaced, you'll be glad you did. Layout was good and nice ocean view!
