These amenities include large decks off the kitchen and main suite with plenty of seating, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower. There is a shade and rain-covered roof section over part of the second-floor deck. Other outdoor amenities include a large Bullfrog A8 hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. Imagine enjoying the hot tub with the drink of your choice, as the summer air turns cool in the evening; you may never want to leave! There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

There is a large game room on the first floor with ping pong, foosball, darts, a large smart TV, a bar area with stools/seating, and a full-size refrigerator. Enjoy our master suite with a sliding glass door overlooking the ocean. There is an open-concept living area on the main floor and ample seating in the dining area.
