Located in a flourishing community just a few miles from the beach, these connecting units offer all the amenities you love to have while on vacation. Dip into the turquoise waters of the shared pool. Or, head out and explore Sunset Beach Town Park, check out the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, challenge yourself at the Swamp Park- Zip Line And ATV Center, press your luck at the Big 'M' Casino, or head out on the fairway at the Tidewater Golf Club.

Walk into your stay and discover light-filled living quarters. The living area is plush and comfortable. Lounge here and watch your favorite TV show, or cook something exquisite in the well-equipped kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, dining table, or alfresco on the patio. With funky and fun beach-themed patterns and central air-conditioning, this stay will have you feeling happy and prepared for the day from the moment you wake up. Love Sea Trail. So close to Sunset Beach. This particular condo needs a few updates but it is clean (most importantly) and there’s just enough space. Wish there were some pet friendly options.

Cozy stay

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Very cozy and comfortable. In a great location, right by the pool on Sea Trails property. We really enjoyed the screened porch area. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

This is our second time staying at this property, the first time was such an amazing outcome that we had to come back. The place was very clean and accurate to the website description, the location was beautiful, and the price is unmatched. We already plan to come back next year!

Extremely pleased with this stay

This rental was perfect. It had everything we needed. The rental and location was beautiful. The well-lit surroundings at night, added to the overall experience. I felt secure and safe.

Sunset beach villa

Overall great stay. Location was perfect for restaurants, golf and beach. The property need a bit of TLC such as the sliding glass door to the patio is very difficult to open and there’s a water pressure issue when the suite beside this one using showers and etc.

Great getaway and wonderful location!

We enjoyed this first floor unit with nearby parking. We had lots more room than a hotel room provides and Lord willing, we will be back. The location was excellent and Vacasa kept in touch with us to make sure everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well supplied and was the best we’ve ever seen! Had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker too!

Cozy and clean

Everything is cute and cozy, and it was very clean! It’s just like a little apartment with amazing upkeep! The pool was a great spot for relaxing. I feel the whole thing must’ve been well insulated because i barely heard the neighbors. We were minutes from the beach and beach stores so all in all 10/10. Will definitely stay again next year.

Girls getaway

The condo was very nice. We loved the screened porch and quietness of the area. The only complaint is the bedroom and bathroom doors will not stay open. Thanks for sharing your property.

Short trip to Sunset Beach Nc

The stay was great and we really enjoyed the unit. It’s clean. It’s very comfortable. It’s close to Calabash and all the restaurants in that great little town. Only thing we experienced was difficulty with the electronic lock on the door other than that to stay was perfect. We called the agent. They gave us the code to the lockbox so we could get the key and everything after that was fine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody traveling to that area.

Condo in Sea Trail Plantation

The positives: there were plenty of towels, face cloths and basic kitchen utensils, cups, dishes etc. and the beds were comfortable. Vacasa provided quick and efficient service. The negatives: there was some major deferred maintenance in this unit. The sliding glass door to the screened in porch could not be moved, we thought it was locked shut, but the repair person told us that the rollers needed changing. He tried to lubricate the rollers but it was almost impossible to open. The weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit in the screened porch to have a drink and enjoy the weather and grounds. Very disappointing. Also, the screened porch chair cushions were very dirty and there were spider webs and cobwebs throughout the porch. The next very major problem was a slow leak at the base of the toilet. Dirty mucky water was slowly leaking near the toilet and shower/bathtub. The repairman informed us that the seal at the base of the toilet needed changing. We needed to put a towel down on the floor to soak up the water. One minor problem was the bathroom was dim as a light bulb needed changing and the repairman took care of it. There is some deferred maintenance that should be taken care of before renting to others.
