Vista Waikoloa E301 penthouse ejerlejlighed med fantastisk udsigt

Vores Condo er på 3. sal (øverst) af E bygningen .it ligger på hjørnet hvilket gør det meget privat med smuk udsigt over Moana Loa og Hualalai bjerge. Kohala og Mona Kea bjerge også ses fra vores Lanai. I vintermånederne kan du se sneklædte bjergtop, mens du sidder i den tropiske varme på vores Lanai, det er en eksotisk visning. Vores Condo er lys og luftig med en stor indhyllingsafstand Lanai på 2 sider, det perfekte sted for måltider kaffe eller bare sidde og slappe af i den tropiske atmosfære. Vores soveværelse har en cal kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv og er indrettet i ø-stil møbler. Det 2. soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og igen alle møblerne er ø-stil. Begge badeværelser har nye granit forfængelighed. Vores køkken er blevet ombygget med granit bænk toppe, nye franske dør køleskab og fryser, ny kok top og alle de apparater, du får brug for. Hvert værelse har en fan, men lejligheden har AC så godt. Loungen og indendørs spiseplads er rummelig, vi har et fladskærms-tv og Blu-ray-afspiller samt et musikanlæg indretningen er øen og komfortable. Den Lanai har bord og stole til 6 personer og 2 liggestole til afslapning. Vores Condo er blevet renoveret med flisegulve overalt at give det en ren, kølig og ø føler.

Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Condo was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to plenty of dining and shopping. Would definitely be interested in staying there again.

2nd time staying at this complex because we love the area and the layout of the condos. And its hard to find such a spacious lanai at any other condo. The condo itself was perfect. We love that chairs and an ice chest for the beach was there for our use. We look forward to returning again.

Great Hawaii Vacation

Family of 4 adults, stayed 6 days, very clean and spacious. Great views from large balcony. Nice to have full kitchen and utensils too cook meals and a washer/dryer after day at beach. Would love to stay again if visiting Waikoloa.

Great getaway

We had an excellent stay! We love the location, being so close to A Beach! The condo is well equipped, clean, and very spacious. The owners Lara and Rob were very communicative and quick to attend to anything that comes up. We look forward to staying in this condo again in the future. Thanks again for everything!!

Fabulous rental

The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Great condo

Clean and spacious condo with ocean view. The lanai has 2 areas which is a treat! Condo has most supplies neeeded during stay. Easy checkin and checkout! Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella. Beach chairs and cooler were available. Thank you!

Wonderful all around

Beautiful rental- it’s bright and clean, well stocked kitchen/bathroom and a relaxing and utilitarian lanai that you will find joy on every moment you are there. Walking distance to everything you need and enjoy- don’t miss Lava Lava Beach club for drinks/food/views/music.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyone’s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely visit with parents

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

Perfect location

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location for your island stay

Top floor unit with plenty of space and very pleasant views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Poorly timed multi-day AC maintenance for entire community without prior warning to us was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient Kohala Coast condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed. Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island. Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well. Comfy bed, big lanai and central AC. We loved it here and hope to come back next year!!

Great location, wonderful property

I'd stay here again - everything about it was great. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere I've ever stayed, the location was great for the beaches we wanted to see, the place was clean and the property was quiet. It has a great view and was very comfortable. The packet of information the owner put together had wonderful detail and I referred to it a lot. I hope I'm able to book it again in the future. It was perfect for me and my friend.

Lovely stay - mahalo

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset. Thank you.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space. Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

Vista Waikoloa condos offer some of the largest lanai's on the Big Island, giving the condo's a light and airy feel. E301 is perfectly situated on the top floor on the corner giving it maximum views and privacy. The condo's are light and airy and very spacious with large lanais that are perfect to enjoy the tropical weather from. The Vista Waikoloa complex offers a large heated swimming pool and is welcoming and quiet. The grounds are always immaculate with beautiful flowering silk and plumeria trees.

The location is unparalleled with walking access to A Bay, Lava Lava Beach Club, Kings and Queens Shops, Waikoloa Beach Golf course and the Mariott and Hilton resorts. A Bay is a beautiful white sand beach, well known on the Big Island for excellent snorkeling, swimming with turtles and offers boat tours for sunset and whale watching. It also features Lava Lava Beach club with live Hawaiian music and hula and excellent tropical cocktails. Queens Shops offers a salon, supermarket and multiple shopping and dining options. View the Waikoloa Beach golf course from your lanai!
