This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio with LOTS of sunshine. Indoor parking available @ $25 / day

This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .
We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have full private access to the unit and a wonderful full-size gym within the property.

Residential neighborhood in the heart of it all. Walking distance to The Public Gardens, Scotiabank Centre, The Commons, Citadel Hill, Natural History Museum, Halifax Common Aquatics Facility & Halifax Waterfront just to list a few.
Steps from all major bus routes to get you around the city. There is indoor parking for a fee.
There is even a delicious bakery and coffee shop less then a 2 min walk from the property.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Has everything you need and actually feels like home. Well built condo, super quiet. Host was on top of things and was very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who's tired of noisy hotels and might want to cook a few meals while there.

We loved the condo and the location. It was all the two of us needed. We paid for the extra parking which was definitely needed and easy access since it was part of the same elevator system to get into and out Of our condo. Appear to be top-notch appliances in the place. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Kcups were provided and we appreciated that. The location of the condo was perfect for us to walk to most of the places in Halifax and an easy drive to get to the other points of interests Our host was very responsive, especially due to our very late arrival. For those that are coming very late and it’s dark outside beware that the numbers for the house are on the column at the front and not well lit. But the name of the building is called the Anthony and this is lit up. We would rent again.

We travelled to Halifax to check out the university, it was important to us to have a gym where we were staying. This condo has a gorgeous, spacious gym, with high ceilings and bright. The condo had everything even a frother so I could enjoy my morning coffee. We had a bakery around the corner, short walk to the water and had access to all the wonderful restaurants.They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable in the condo, hair dryer, laundry soap if you need to do laundry, access to prime, Netflix in tv, very clean and bright, the pictures they advertisecmatch how it is, spotless!

Lovely and bright. Host was very responsive and on site contact was very friendly and helpful. The pictures do not do it justice as it was much brighter and very clean inside, from the lobby to the room. We are seniors and easily walked to the harbour with shops and restaurants. Very happy and would recommend to friends and family. Excellent experience.

Lovely new apartment in a well-managed building. The check-in was seamless. Having Rose meet us in person was so helpful. She showed us around the apartment and gave us advice about the neighbourhood - including a recommendation for a wonderful bakery. The apartment was very clean - and I have a high bar. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. The water feature on the fridge and ice in the freezer were nice hydration perks. The air conditioning was very effective. We enjoyed the fluffy white towels and nice cotton sheets. The bathroom was small, so if you’re someone that likes to do complex hair and make up, you will need to be creative with counter space. The apartment building was quiet, with the exception of Saturday night noise from the bar lineup up the block. The area is central. We had a great three night stay!
