Thank you for the great review Tyler! We’re glad the property was exactly what you were looking for and that you enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the home. Hope you had a great time golfing and enjoying everything the town has to offer. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area!

Heather, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear your group enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and that we were able to make your arrival a little easier by accommodating an early check-in. We also appreciate you bringing your concerns about the bedding to our attention. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we're sorry to hear that part of your experience did not meet your expectations. As a result of your feedback, we are replacing the comforter and pillows in that room, and we've also shared your comments with our cleaning team to reinforce our standards and ensure every piece of bedding receives an additional inspection before each stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the living room seating and will be purchasing an additional chair to make the space even more comfortable for larger groups. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Ashley, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, layout, and parking setup. We’re sorry that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and the condition of the property seriously and will be following up with our cleaning team regarding the kitchen and downstairs shower. We’ll also be addressing the areas of peeling wallpaper and continuing to make improvements throughout the home. We also want to note that the concerns regarding cleanliness, smell, and allergic reactions are not issues we have experienced or heard as recurring concerns from our previous guests. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will be taking a closer look to ensure everything is up to our standards. Our home is an older Adirondack property with a traditional Adirondack feel and character, rather than a newly built or modern home. We’re proud of the property and believe its character is part of what makes it special, while still working to improve it for our guests. We do wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to address anything we could have corrected while you were there. Thank you again for the feedback and for recognizing the potential you see in the property. We’ll use your comments alongside feedback from our other guests as we continue making improvements and creating a better experience for future visitors.
