Ocean Breeze er nybyggeri med alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder (rustfrit stål apparater, granit, ahorn skabe gennem -3 plasma HDTV, wifi og kabel. Denne villa har 3 soveværelser (konge, dronning og 2 singler.) Vi er 100% kæledyrsvenlige, dit firbenede familiemedlem vil elske den smukke strand. Vores villaer blev designet af Adobe-dekoratører, en af de førende designere i St. Augustine. Ocean Breeze vil være dit hjem væk fra hjemmet. Gå ud på din private balkon og nyd den betagende havudsigt! Om morgenen kan du se solopgangen og delfinerne boltre sig i brændingen. Beautiful beach vacation

Glenn is an excellent, friendly host. Responded quickly to questions. The place was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. So close to the wide beautiful beach and so many fun places to go. St. Augustine is awesome. Thank you, Glenn.

Excellent host.. amazing property and location

Very clean and well stocked property. Check in was a breeze and host was super accommodating and property is great! very close to the beach, easy walk and this beach drive on and easy access. Location is superb! Looking forward to staying with this host again.

Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! It had the right amount of small beach town vibes! Perfect getaway from busy days at work. I cannot say enough about our host Glenn who not only responded to any message I sent, but had everything we would need in the home for us. It felt so welcoming and clean. We all enjoyed morning walks on the beach, evening dinners in the kitchen, and the short drive to see the Night of Lights. The neighborhood was also very friendly. We will be back!

Perfect!

We had the best time at this beautiful beach house at butler beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved the location. Glenn was so hospitable and checked on us throughout the week. Such a great trip, we will definitely return.

Great house!!!

We had the best time at Glenn’s property!! The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, walk to the beach was super easy and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and then some and we felt right at home. Glenn was great to work with and always responded very quickly. Will definitely continue to stay here for vacation.

Butler Beach Stay

This house was the perfect place for our stay. We had 6 people and felt like we had plenty of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach and it was close to everything we needed to get to. Glenn was great about communicating as well.

Heavenly Beach and Super Stay

We stayed for a month in March and thoroughly enjoyed tit. The property was very comfortable, well equipped and just around the corner from one of the best beaches in the world. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with the ocean view having coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The back porch was great when it was too windy in the front. Close to all the attractions.

What a fantastic place! And dog friendly too!

We’ve rented a pretty good number of beach houses, but this one was by far the best. On first entering, it was immaculate, smelled great, looked great. It’s obvious it’s well taken care of. It was so nice having the large, well equipped kitchen to work in. Everything we needed was there. Three bedrooms upstairs, with the master having a huge king bed and an “en-suite” bathroom (obviously pretty newly remodeled as well) with a very nice walk-in shower. The master opens up to a balcony from which you can watch the waves on a very nice beach (and you can drive in the beach). Back downstairs, a very large tv and comfy couch and chairs too! Backyard was perfect for the dog. Lots of stuff to do in the area plus great shopping and great food. It’s St. Augustine of course, so there’s the historic district to visit as well. Our host, Glenn, couldn’t have been nicer. Very responsive and amazingly fast to get back with answers to questions. And, we enjoyed it so much (a one month stay) that we rented again for next year!

Fantastic visit

We had a wonderful visit. The property is comfortable and clean and the location is excellent beautiful neighborhood clean right near the beach. We walked our dogs on the beach every day just around the corner.

The perfect spot

We are a family of 5; 3 kids and we brought our large dog. The home is exactly as described and in pictures. Everyone was very comfortable. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, some beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all. The walk to the beach was 1 block; literally 2 minutes and your feet are in the sand. The beach is gorgeous and clean and M-F was pretty much empty. We went to the beach every day w/ our dog and loved every minute of it. Saturday was the only busy beach day & it was still very pleasant and not overly crowded. The home is located on Butler Beach and just a 15-20 minute drive to anything and everything in St. Augustine including historic downtown; which we highly recommend. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, all within a very short drive. It might take a little longer if you get stuck in peak traffic, but it is still worth it. We drove the extra hour south one day to the Kennedy Space Center and were even able to watch a rocket launch back at Butler Beach Saturday night. We like to see things and explore as much as we can during the day, and we loved knowing we could go home to a very peaceful place away from the hustle & bustle. IT WAS PERFECT. So prefect in fact, we decided to stay an extra night which Glenn was able to accommodate for us. THANK YOU! We will certainly keep this home in our favorites list for a return visit.

Delightful Stay

Our stay here was delightful. The place is clutter-free and the rooms are spacious. The third bathroom is located downstairs which is convenient for obvious reasons. The balcony off the master suite was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and in the evenings. The breeze and the view of the water is exactly what I needed.

Grandma's 80th Birthday Family Reunion in St. Augustine!

The property was immaculate and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. We were supposed to be 7 but our future son-in-law couldn't make it. There is plenty of room for 7. We also brought our German Shepherd who absolutely loved the morning walks along the beach. Mr. Glenn, our host, was available for anything we needed...but everything we needed was already there! He made sure to check in on us to ensure all was well. The morning sunrise over the ocean could be seen from the balcony...unbelievablely beautiful! We will absolutely stay here again!

Great location..Great place

It's hard to beat the location and the unit was very clean with easy access. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes to everything convenient. Old town is less than 15 minutes away. The beds are very comfortable and the master bath is awesome after a day at the beach. Glenn was an awesome accommodating host and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the time, the quiet, and the easy access to everything.

Wedding Weekend

This property was amazing. Mr Glenn had thought of everything including puzzles and games, extra batteries for the remotes...normal everyday things that you might forget on vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and we met the ones staying next door who were very nice. Excellent all around!! Fanatstic Weekend! Highly recommend!!

Great place, especially near the pop tennis tournament so that we could walk to it.

Glenn (the host) was a very responsive to all communications. There were multiple TVs and a good supply of kitchen/house items. The place even had beach items to use. I would highly recommend staying here.
