Our property is located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on Anastasia Island. We offer short or long term stays.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. On the upper level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms, and two full en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom has one queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level , there is a full kitchen, a roomy living room with a large sectional sleeper sofa, an attached dining area, a powder room, as well as a laundry closet and screened in lanai. The screened in lanai offers an additional dining space with rocking chairs and string lights for you to enjoy at night.

We have a variety of amenities at your disposal such as a heated pool, drive on or walk on beach access, beach supplies that are free for your to use, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, cocktail bar area, board games and reading materials, as well as extra linens, pillows, and blankets.

We are family friendly and pet friendly. We encourage you to bring your children or pets along with you. We offer items such as a pack n' play, baby gate, dog bowls, treats and more for your convenience. These items are free of charge and available per request.
