Hello! We’re Andrew and Julia Bowen, a couple passionate about the ocean, adventure, and sharing the beauty of Cape Town with guests from around the world. We’ve lived on the Western Cape coast for years and know every hidden cove, surf break, hiking trail, foodie hotspot and sunset spot that makes this region so special.
We are both avid kitesurfers and Sunset Beach is our playground. We also love exploring the coastline, hiking, camping and discovering off-the-beaten-path cafés, markets, and scenic viewpoints. We renovated this villa not just as a holiday home, but as a space where friends, families, and adventure lovers can come together to enjoy the ocean, the pool, and each other’s company. From the large tables in the main house for shared meals, to the private barn for extra privacy, to the heated pool and wood-fired hot tub, every detail has been designed to create memorable, effortless stays.

Located just 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, it’s easy for our guests to arrive and start enjoying the region immediately. The villa is also a short drive from the city center and iconic attractions like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, making it ideal for those who want both beachfront relaxation and access to Cape Town’s vibrant culture.
