The property was very clean and had nice amenities (full size refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette). The host had local treats and bottled water for us at check-in and a stocked coffee bar. Very cute! Also a good location, 10-15 min drive to downtown and Folly Beach. Easy check-in and check-out.

The quarters were very spacious and modern, and they have a very welcoming vibe. There were some very nice touches, such as a basket of snacks and bottled water, as well as extra blankets, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. The host was very responsive and he clearly wants to make sure his guests are happy. We flew into CHS for my son's wedding on Johns Island, and we enjoyed our stay very much!
