Location! Away from the crowds and resorts and beaches jammed with lounge chairs, perfect for our three generations family with young children. The beach and water of our dreams. Host Kathy answered our queries quickly and provided excellent local info.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time at Beach House villa. It is almost at the beach and has everything you might need. We stayed with two small kids and they had lots of fun in the pool and ocean.

Lovely Stay

The home is in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kids loved having the pool to cool off in. There are a lot of fun activities in the area including atv rides, jet skiing and fishing.

Great spot!

Great location. You can walk to Grace Bay a beach, but are away from all the resorts. Pelican Beach is almost private, not crowded at all and beautiful. An easy walk from the house. The house and pool are great. Easy to relax and unwind.

Great location and access to the beach

This home is nestled in a quiet area up the beach from the resorts but still easy access by car to restaurants and even walking on the beach to beachfront restaurants at some of the resorts. The pool was enjoyable for morning and afternoon dips. The beach is beautiful and there’s some really nice snorkeling right off the beach access.

Fantastic stay!

Our family had a fantastic time in Turks and Caicos which Kathy was instrumental in helping us have a great stay on the island. We highly recommend staying at this villa which had all the amenities needed to start relaxing once you arrive. We are already planning coming back to the island next year and hope to rent another villa from Kathy.

Beautiful home and close to beach

They were very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. The property was exactly as described!! Very close walk to the beach., and we even loved coming back to the pool of an evening. Wonderful place!!

This house was really wonderful - the location is outstanding - basically one house away from a most lovely beach. The house has a gorgeous garden which provides some seclusion around the pool. The pool and pool deck are lovely with shade available either from the house overhang or from a palm tree that is strategically located to provide some shade in the afternoons! The kitchen had all the tools we needed and we really appreciated having two refrigerators, one for all our drinks and one for our food. We visited a few areas in the island and I came to the conclusion that this area is great if you're looking to be away from the crowds and you like beach time whether for lounging, walks or swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. This is what I was looking for and I was ok with cooking at home (instead of eating out) and having to drive to the grocery store (10-15 minutes drive away). Gorgeous sunsets and it's easy to walk on the beach to the eastern tip of the island. The only ding would be that the appliances are relatively low quality so didn't do a great job. The furniture is a bit tired, but it made us feel like we didn't have to be super careful about everything! We also had quite a few mosquitoes, that's par for the course on the islands this time of year but I recommend planning for it (e.g. getting Picaridin or Deet and other options). Overall, our family of 5 adults had a really wonderful, relaxing time staying in this villa.

It sounds like you really appreciated what makes this location so special—the beautiful, quiet beach, gorgeous sunsets, privacy around the pool, and being away from the crowds while still being within a short drive of groceries and other areas of the island. We’re also pleased to hear that the kitchen was well equipped for your stay and that having two refrigerators was especially helpful. We did want to clarify two points for future guests. Our kitchen appliances are standard, good-quality appliances and are fully functional. All of our guests have enjoyed the convenience of being able to cook in a full kitchen and or go out for meals. Mosquitos can occasionally be present after it rains in Turks. We do recommend that you use spray under your tables in restaurants. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted that you and your family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the peaceful beachside setting of the villa and the beautiful long walks along our beach.

Great Home

You can’t beat this property for location and amenities. Very private and surrounded by other great properties. Kathy was great communicator before arrival and William was a great help at the property.

5 Weeks in Paradise!

Surreal aqua sea, sunshine, quiet white beaches!! We leave with special memories of time with our children and grandchildren that we will treasure always.

Amazing location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House Villa. The location was absolutely perfect with a short walk to the beach allowing for easy back and forth for snorkeling gear, drinks, food etc. The house had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the private pool was the perfect start and end to every day. I would absolutely stay again. Quick response to every question asked while on island and super friendly staff. William and Jhun are terrific.

Beach beach beach

I underestimated the pleasure of walking 2 minutes to the water 3-4 times a day. Watching sunset daily, and the great privacy of a small beach area. Love it.

Nice location. Nice house but needs updates. Needs A/C in common space only had AC in bedrooms.

The villa sits up high and has louver windows in the common area which is common in the Caribbean. There are ceiling fans and floor fans in the villa as well. We loved it. We loved having our own pool.

It was fantastic! We loved having some privacy by having our own pool. The beach was only one short block away. T&C has the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen in my life and it’s about 200 feet from the villa.

Family getaway

This property offered privacy that was unmatched and allowed for plenty of pool time and exploration of the grounds. We enjoyed all that the island had to offer and the host provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. When an issue arose, the host resolved it to our satisfaction. We hope to return to this lovely island in the future.

Paradise is just a few steps away!

This house is perfect for small group of adults. It has all the needed comforts to enjoy your time there. It is just a few steps from one of the nicest beaches in Provo. The owner replied promptly when I had questions and there was a contact there to help with anything. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this, it's one of the best bargains in town!

Great Property

We had an amazing time at this property. Everything was as expected. We loved the beach close by and all the clear water. The only thing that went wrong was that one of the rooms didn’t have air conditioning for the first three days. That problem got fixed and then it was perfect! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Could not have asked for a better experience

Everything worked out great. The property was as described, peaceful, and just what we needed. Kathy was great. Having our own private pool plus a short walk to our private (it seemed like it as least) beach was just what the family needed. Really happy with how this worked out. Highly recommend.

Good Times in Turks & Caicos, Leeward

The house is very nice. The lack of a/c in the common areas was somewhat uncomfortable at times but the a/c in the bedrooms made sleeping pleasant. The garden and close access to a beach was very convenient. Paying for water and electric, in cash, separately, is not a typical VRBO experience for us but appears to be typical for TCI.

Great location and very nice villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is very close to the beach, so it was easy to go back and forth.Also very close to all the restaurants at Grace Bay- only about 10 minute drive. The beach is very small and because of the tides and maybe the time of the year (January) the surf was too rough to do much paddle boarding or kayaking. Swimming was fun though! Just something to think about before renting equipment. But definitely rent the beach chairs- we used them everyday and took them with us to other beaches too. Would definitely stay in this location again!
