Wailea Grand Champions unit # 67. The pictures do not do justice to the location and view. This condo is away from road noise, very peaceful and relaxing!

Escape to this fabulous condo in picturesque Wailea-Makena. This delightful property features a cozy bedroom with a King bed, 2 bathrooms, and a comfy sofa bed in the living room. This 1 bedroom condo is large, bigger than most 2 bedroom units in Maui and features a big beautiful lanai with lounge chair, table and chairs that are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or to watch Maui sunsets. This condo is perfect for a small group of guests looking for a relaxing getaway.



*Window A/C is located in the bedroom and living room*

Our guests will have a reserved parking spot located right outside the unit. One additional guest parking is available at no additional cost (first come first serve basis).

The condo is located at the Grand Champions property in Wailea and has two
pools and jacuzzi to use. Behind the unit (your backyard) is the 2nd fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Club right next door to the Grand Champion complex! There are many places nearby for snorkeling, fishing, biking, zip-lining, whale watching, hiking and many other activities. These are just a few of the many adventures you will find nearby.



Take an easy stroll along the walkway to some of the best beaches in Maui, Shops at Wailea, Five Star Hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants and more.

This is a ground floor. Perfect location!

The location of this unit was perfect!!It had all the things we needed to have a comfortable local stay. Beach chairs, coolers, towels and a well equipped kitchen made our stay easy!If you’re someone who likes location on vacation, this is perfect!! The unit and the complex are nice and quiet!!

Great location! Exactly as described.

Our family of 3 had a great week long stay here. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of this property. Everything was exactly as mentioned. The property is wonderful and just what our family needed. Would definitely recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being such a great host.

Anniversary getaway

Great view from the Lani. Property was clean and not outdated. Quiet and peaceful area. Appreciated the access to chairs and coolers. I would have liked there to be an umbrella but not the end of the world. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo with a fantastic view lacking beach supplies

The photos of the view from this condo truly don’t do it justice. On a clear day, you can easily see the island of Lanai and we were able to see whales breaching in January. This condo was very clean and comfortable, has tons of space, and the additional bathroom compared to most other 1 bedroom condos was an added bonus. Walking distance to The Shops at Wailea, Monkeypod Kitchen and the cutest tiki bar with some of the best drinks we had, Tikehau Lounge. The lack of beach supplies at this condo are why I had to give it four stars instead of five. This was my fifth trip to Hawaii and the only condo I’ve stayed at that didn’t have an umbrella, boogie board, snorkel, or even pool noodles. If you’re a beach goer, plan to purchase or rent for any activities. I would stay here again but it would be nice if the owners invested the additional $200 on beach gear.

Nice Wailea unit

Everything was perfect about the unit including the quality of everything inside to the spectacular view from the back. The only complaint was the pool code didn't work for us but luckily, one of the other guests let us use their code so we were able to get into the pool area.

Great property

This is an amazing condo. Beautifully furnished and appointed. Best location in Grand Champions. Highly recommend and will return. Only issue is the wifi is very slow. Needs to be upgraded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at Grand Champions 67. It is a great location right on fairway of golf course with a stunning view. Two pools, hot tub and tennis courts. The unit was very clean and CBIP Vacations staff was excellent in every phase of the rental. Ideal location and walkable to Shops at Wailea and beautiful beaches. I absolutely recommend this location and CBIP Vacations for stays in Maui.

Clean, comfortable and quiet unit

We greatly enjoyed our time in the Grand Champion Villa 67. We appreciated the central location in Wailea and ease of getting to nearby beaches and points of interest. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and enjoyed preparing several breakfasts during our stay, which we enjoyed out on the lanai. It was fun to watch multiple groups of golfers pass by and the beautiful ocean/island view beyond. We used both pools, which were popular and well attended - no one stays very long so if it’s crowded on arrival, just wait a bit. Bed and sofas were comfortable, bed linens were soft and we had ample bath and beach towels. Only recommendation would be to provide newer pillows - the ones we had were a bit lumpy/flattened out.

Hawaii trip

Really enjoyed our time at Grand Champions 67!!! It was decorated Beautifully, Very modern and Classy, location was great on the golf course and the pool was right next door, lots of room, Very clean, beautiful unit, I wish we could have stayed longer!!! It felt very roomy and lots of Very nice furniture, (lots of seating to relax) beautiful lighting and artwork, Loved the unit!!! It felt like a new unit and when we first came in it was like WOW, what a Beautiful Place!!! A Hawai'in channel was on the T.V. with all tourist information and things to see, it smelled so good in there and So clean!!! Close to the beaches and restaurants, short drive to them or we would walk from Grand Champions and do the beach walk in the morning and it was a great walk and stop for a coffee at the Hawai'in coffee shop in the Wailea outdoor shopping mall before walking back to the unit. The whole complex was So Nice and well kept, lots of Beautiful flowering trees and shrubs and flowers and Very clean!!!There was a small leak with the toilet in the ensuite and we phoned about it and someone was there promptly to fix it. Loved the unit and loved the whole Wailea area, felt very safe there. We would book this unit again!!! The only suggestion we would give is to maybe have a bit bigger table outside on the deck, we ate out there sometimes at night, its very nice and not wobbly or anything but if you brought out your food and had your plates and glasses on the table it was a bit crowded. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning and some dinners when we didn't go to a restaurant. So Peaceful and Quiet, we can't wait to come back!!!

Wonderful golf course community!

We love the location.

This is a great location. It was great with a couple issues. Anyone wanting a beach umbrella can get one at Auntie Snorkels. Great price. First unit in Grand Champions we’ve stayed at that doesn’t have one available. For the first 3 days we found several roaches and there were some in the drawer where the foil is. The last 10 days we didn’t see any. The shower doors were all in need of some cleaning and the shower faucet also. There’s a white film and stains in the showers. These two things weren’t horrible, however, we definitely washed everything in the kitchen before using it and put all opened food in the refrigerator throughout our stay. The view is amazing, the location is great but there are a few things that need addressed.
