My husband & I along with our son & daughter in law rented a 2 bedroom Maya unit. The unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet and contained all the supplies we needed for a one week stay. We swam multiple times each day in the heated pool and hot tub both of which were very well maintained. The 5 minute walk to/from Sprouts made picking up groceries convenient. We did not take advantage of the gym while there. Our host did an exceptional job providing timely information to access and leave our unit. The host was also responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We all agreed that we hope to rent a Maya unit again in the near future as it exceeded our expectations. Definitely a 10/10 experience. We cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed. The location in Scottsdale is excellent, close to shopping and tons of restaurants. The condo is older and there were a few little quirks but nothing that we couldn’t manage or that ruined our stay. The unit had excellent access to the pool (that was our favorite part) the pool is beautiful and clean and the condo grounds are very well cared for. Definitely recommend and would plan to stay there again.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Maya condominiums in Scottsdale. Amenities including the pool and sauna were quite nice and proximity to Old Town is of benefit. An upgrade to the exercise room and equipment would be helpful, however, overall stay was enjoyable.

We arrived at night and were emailed directions to a completely different condo. We drove around for at least a half hour trying to find the right place in the dark. Not fun. Also, there was no key card for the pool. We called the manager, but one never showed up. So a real disappointment. The unit was fine, king bed really uncomfortable. I would not stay there again, though, mostly due to the poor communication and management .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that your arrival experience was frustrating, especially after traveling and arriving at night. We never want guests to have difficulty locating the property, and we’ll be reviewing our directions to ensure they are as clear as possible for future guests. We’re also sorry there was confusion regarding the pool key. We’ve ensured the home is equipped with a pool key for guest use, and we’ll review our communication to make this clearer for future stays. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bed as well. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience.

The place is great. The pool is nice, it’s really close to everything! There’s a Sprouts and even some restaurants right in front of the condo. It’s very quiet at night which was great for me that was looking forward to rest well. I’d say this, if you have young kids unless they’re really well behaved can disturb the peace of the people living there. From what I understood, most people there right now are old people, they are all kind and nice but if I had young kids I’d feel bad staying there and disturbing them. Also, the building is not easy to find, so make sure to ask for the number of the build. They’re NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL with checkin and checkout. They charge you 100 for each extra hour on your check in or checkout. So I’d make sure to be there exactly at 4pm. Or you can just hangout in the chairs outside until you’re allowed to get in the house. The neighborhood: as a single woman I would be careful with that neighborhood. You will be safe inside of the property but I went for a walk one day and a guy in a parked car a few feet outside of the property tried to persuade me to come talk to him. I ran and never went for a walk anymore. Only left the place using the car. So just be aware always. Don’t walk around like there’s nothing to be worried about because nowadays we need to be careful everywhere we go.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the pool, quiet nights, and convenient location. We appreciate your notes on community and safety—our property is secure, though we always encourage awareness nearby. Check-in/out times are set to allow thorough cleaning and preparation, but when possible we do offer flexibility. We’d love to host you again for an even smoother experience.
