Our intimate chalet connected is very connected with nature, offering you a relaxing experience. Perfect hideaway for families looking for tranquility and outdoor activities.

Our waterfront chalet offers private indoor and outdoor spaces.



Outside you will find:

✦ The magnificent Lac Drummond. Pure relaxation with no motor boat.

✦ A dock in the shape of a "T"

✦ One Kayak and One Canoe

✦ A fire pit in summer

✦ A balcony with BBQ and a summer patio set





Inside the chalet we offer:



✧ 4 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the mezzanine with a magnificent view!

Then, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed, and the 2 last bedrooms are in the basement with a queen-size bed.



✧ We have a living space on the main floor with a wood fireplace and a reading area and another living room with television in the basement including a gas fireplace. We have 2 Smart TVs on which you can connect to your Netflix account as well as several board games for all ages.



✧ There is a bathroom with a nice bath on the Main floor and a bathroom with shower and washer / dryer in the ground floor.



✧ A Soccer Table, Arcade and entertainment room is located ion the ground floor near the living room.



✧ A fully equipped kitchen with dining area are in the space shared with the living space and wood fireplace.

*LAKE*

The cottage is on the shore of Rivière Rouge. We have private access to the lake, located directly in the backyard of the land. You can swim in the lake. It is recommended to bring water shoes because there are some small rocks in the first meters of the beach. You can also use the dock to jump into 1.50 meters of water or use the ladder. There is one canoe and one kayak your disposal. Motorized boats are not allowed on the lake.

You can fish on the lake. You have to get the fishing license at the Canadian Tire. Also, there are several outfitters in the area that offer this service. Visit the Lanaudière website

Other Things to Note:

- Dog Friendly Rules:

CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.

๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.

๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.

๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.

๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.

๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

*NOISE*

We do not tolerate excessive noise indoors or outdoors. We have noise detector that let us know when the noise exceeds a certain level. Quiet period between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.



*WARNING*

It is recommended in winter to come with a 4x4 car as there is a good incline towards the entrance of the chalet and there is not a lot of room to gain traction in the hill.



*CAMERA*

We have cameras pointing outside the chalet in the entrance and parking. The cameras are not pointing on the spa.



*SMOKERS*

It is forbidden to smoke in the house and in the outdoor hut.





*TV*

We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channel. You have access to apps like Netflix and Youtube.



*BARBECUE*

Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.



* FIREPLACE / LOGS *

There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. We don’t provide logs. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay. The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.



*KAYAK and CANOE*

Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.





Please read the house rules before booking and let us know if you agree with them. We'll ask the full names and ages of all the guests.
