The owner was extremely receptive to making our family vacation wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better communication! Excellent place to stay!

Desperately need renovations. I guess you get what you pay for. Bed linens are old, not enough towels, kitchen is very old and dirty. Carpets all stained. Dryer broke and it took them 2 days come fix. Did not enjoy our visit. There was a reason why this place was bit cheaper

The property was spacious to accommodate a large group of people. The room was decorated nicely. There were some issues with our rooms cleanliness. There were stains on the floor and also some issues with the TVs in the rooms not working.Also the security guards were very rude. Not sure what training they received but they were very unprofessional.

This is without a doubt the WORST rental through VRBO I’ve ever experienced. While VRBO claims this is a third-party rental group listed on their website (Big Fish Rentals in Myrtle Beach, SC) they still continue to list this condo as a rental through VRBO. So I hold VRBO completely responsible for continuing to list this rental.Cleanliness: This place was absolutely disgustingly filthy. I’m not sure who’s responsible for cleaning it but I don’t think anybody has come through other than with a wet dirty rag & just tried to quickly wipe things down. Small bits of food were stuck on all the surfaces of the couch, the bedspreads, & the chairs in the dining dining room room. Small bits of food were found in almost every corner, behind the curtains in every room, under the beds, & in every bathroom. finally & most importantly on the cleanliness front: this condo had an infestation of bedbugs in the master bedroom. we had to spray the entire room, baseboards & carpeting & all around the furniture with bedbug spray every day.There were no bedbug attacks the days we used the spray.One day in the middle of the week we forgot to spray the bed & the bedbugs bites started again. We had to purchase a mattress cover to put over the mattress. We had to purchase bleach to wash the sheets daily. We put the decorative bedspread & all of the decorative pillows in the closet for the entire visit. See attached pictures.DO NOT STAY IN THIS CONDO or use Big Fish Rentals in Myrtle Beach!

Kids and babies had fun. We will not return. Had to buy dustpan to sweep, batteries for remote controls for TV’s since they had none in them or the ones in didn’t work, ice maker broke, so much junk under the cushions of the couch it seemed to have missed the cleaning rotation. The horrible stains on the carpet in the 3rd BR was embarrassing.Of all the Margate properties we have stayed in and totally loved this was a total shock. To be fair the dining table was a great place for a puzzle a d plenty big for meals. The kitchen was nice….no oven mitts or dish towels which is odd. It wasn’t that bad since no sheet pans. Be sure to bring your own pans, dish clothes and ice.
