Inside you’ll find ~1,200 sq. ft. of stylish living space, and then outside you’ll enjoy: Covered slate patio with a hanging bed Deck with lounge seating, Outdoor shower, Hot Tub, Patio firepit (firewood provided) Private boat dock. For the water lovers: 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are ready for your adventures! This getaway is designed for all seasons—every time of year offers something absolutely spectacular here. 🔑 Guest Access Guests have full access to the property, including: Laundry room (lakeside, left of deck) Full boat dock Boathouse (keys hanging by the entry door—please return at checkout) 📌 Things to Know No weddings, parties, photo shoots, or business events Max of 4 guests (adults + children, HOA strict limit) No pets (pet-free home, no exceptions) 📶 Connectivity Excellent cell service: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile Internet: Starlink 🚤 Extras 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards included Boat slip/lift available - let me know prior to check-in if you are bringing a boat and I will provide instructions.
