3. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

4. 5 cameras with audio recording: 2 on the south side of the house, 2 on the north side, 1 camera outside the basement. The cameras view the doors to the house with the exception of one facing the north deck including the hot tub is in the distance, this is to monitor the snow during the winter.
