We wanted to stay close to our family that lives in Chicago and find a place that had 3 beds to accommodate our group. Given these constraints, we were glad to find this condo. It was clean, spacious, and just as described in the listing. But, there are a few things to note. 1) When you book the property, you have to go through a verification process that involves uploading a selfie, government ID, and information about each guest. It took a few days to confirm that the process was complete. 2) The check-in process and communication with the property manager could be improved. We needed to check-in in person with a property manager and we were told that we would hear from them a day before arrival. I did not hear from the manager until the morning of our arrival, which added a bit of stress. The next day, we were told that there was a new property manager. I tried to ask her a question about the condo but never heard back. I then communicated with a third person. 3) The listing stated that there is access to a rooftop, but neither our key fob or key opened the door to the rooftop. I tried to ask the property managers about this, but by the time they were going to look into the issue it was too late. There were other issues that are beyond the control of the property managers. The condo is very close to the train, which was extremely loud and woke us up several times. Also, the walls are very thin, and you can hear noise and music from upstairs and next door.
