We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space for our guests. Just a friendly reminder to set your expectations and keep in mind the affordability of our units. We strive to offer great value for the price and ensure you have a pleasant stay!

▻ Studio unit comes with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 leather futon
▻ Bathroom- 1 full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries

We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.



HOUSE RULES:
▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee.
▻ Strictly NO PARTIES.
▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM
▻ Strictly NO SMOKING
▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly.
▻ Please ensure pets are cleaned up after.
▻ Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.


By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee, charged to the credit card used for the reservation.


POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.
▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking reservation. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.
▻ I have an exterior camera installed along the hallway and the main entrance of the building, it is on and recording 24/7.
▻ There is a noise decibel monitor in the listing that assess sound level but don't record audio.
▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! PER pet pricing:
*** 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
*** 8-29 Nights: additional $200
*** 30+ Nights: additional $300


IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The building is located next to a busy highway, and while we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that some traffic noise may be audible (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for comfort). Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Overall, it’s a lively and vibrant community!

Older building in a sketchier part of town- parking lot had some homeless people in it. The sign when you went into the open gate lot said “Park at your own risk,” which didn’t put my mind at ease at first. Car was untouched, but I made sure to lock my car 10 times before leaving it. The lobby and elevator were clean. The hallway to the room shows that it’s definitely an older building with original hardwood floors and creaking. Studio apartment which was fine, most everything was clean in there except finding a hair on the bed pillow and a spider in the bathroom sink. The reason for my review is you are RIGHT next to the highway and it is so loud. I don’t think I even got 2 hours of sleep in the 2 nights that I stayed because of the noise. Thin walls too which doesn’t help. They provide earplugs and an eye mask, but you can still hear the card through the earplugs. The property itself is definitely doable, but the proximity to the highway is detrimental. Would not book for peace and quiet, or if you are a light sleeper.
