The house is within a short drive from Texas State Capitol which is about 3 miles away. The Lady Bird Lake is about 3.5 miles, great for kayaking, paddle boarding, and scenic trails. The Zilker Park is about 4 miles. South Congress Avenue (SoCo) is about 4.5 miles where you can find Eclectic shops, food trucks, and views of the skyline. The Domain is 10 miles away, Barton Creek Greenbelt is 5 miles great for Hiking, swimming, and rock climbing in a natural setting. The downstairs A/C unit has been fully serviced (fan motor replaced) and is now working properly. The upstairs A/C is also functioning well; however, to maintain efficiency and prevent issues, the temperature range has been set between 70°F and 76°F.

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your accommodations. When it's time to depart, check-out is at 10:00 am, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests. Enjoy the convenience and ease of our smart lock system and precise check-in and check-out times, designed to enhance your stay from start to finish.

Pool Disclaimer:

Our pools are professionally cleaned and chemically balanced before each guest's arrival. Because the home is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, it's normal for an occasional leaf, small twig, or other natural debris to fall into the pools between service and check-in, especially during the summer months. A small skimmer net is provided so guests can easily remove any debris during their stay if needed. Rest assured, the pools are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for you to enjoy.
