This home is just lovely! It has that bit of Austin charm and is very comfortable. Brian was very accommodating and just amazing to work with!

This house is awesome!! Very fun & cool & spacious. It’s an older house with lots of funky spaces. The place was exceptionally clean. And the host was amazing… very responsive, allowed an early check in to accommodate our event & checked in us after arrival to see if we needed anything, which we didn’t. Everything was user friendly, including the hot tub. And the location is great.. so many walkable options for dining, shopping & perfect for ACL

This was such a fun house to stay in! It is very whimsical and has so much character. The house is even better in real life and it is nicely furnished. The bed I slept in downstairs was very comfortable and the other guests said they were all comfortable upstairs. The space is cozy and feels like a home. We would definitely stay again. We also enjoyed the proximity to south congress while feeling tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The clock tower was so much fun and my kids loved it! Such a unique place to stay and very Austin!

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s home! The house was incredibly warm, cozy, and comfortable, and the location may honestly be one of the best in Austin. There are tons of great restaurants, shopping, and things to do all within walking distance, which made the stay even better.Everyone in our group loved the house and the area. And with all the different rooms, hallways, and places to explore, we also decided it may officially be the best house in Austin for a game of hide-and-seek!Great house, great location, and a great stay all around. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting Austin!

Our guys weekend was an incredible success with the help of this property. The house was clean, has a killer sound system, and well suited for large groups. We felt as though we were staying in a fantastical castle with all the rooms to explore. Highly recommend and a great location to congress.

We had a great stay in this quirky home. Location was great - walking distance to South Congress (and downtown if you’re ambitious). Living area was large enough for our group of 5 to comfortably gather for relaxed mornings and evenings. Brian was responsive and accommodating when we needed a last minute late check out due to a cancelled flight.

Nice place and would come back again

Quirky, beautiful home in an unbeatable South Congress locationWe stayed here for a long Memorial Day weekend and it was fantastic from start to finish. The location is unbeatable — just two blocks off South Congress, so everything Austin has to offer is right at your doorstep.The house itself is a gem: quirky, cool, and full of character. Multiple rooms connected by interesting stairways and walkways, a great kitchen, and a tower on the roof with beautiful views over the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place that makes the trip itself memorable.Brian was a wonderful host — communication was excellent throughout and made everything seamless. We’d come back in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

Brian’s place worked well for our larger group and is in a convenient location. There was plenty of space for everyone, which made it easy to gather and spend time together.It’s an older home with some character, and as expected with that, there are a few quirks. Brian was responsive and quick to communicate when we reached out. Overall, it met our needs for a group stay.

Great house, great location

Plenty of space for our group, the house was very clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect to walk to many different cafes, restaurants, and bars. We also really enjoyed the hot tub/outdoor space to relax.

Coolest house ever

Very impressed with the house and its design. Super fun and accommodating for a large or small group of friends and family. Cannot beat the proximity to south Austin and incredible restaurants/night life. Highly recommend staying here.

Austin Stockshow Trip

Great spot!

A few friends flew in to escape the cold and enjoy Austin. Super unique decorated spot with awesome hot tub, roof deck, location, and excellent communication with the manager who was always available.

South Congress stay

Brian was great and communicative, and we had a blast staying at his house. We were three families with 5 kids under 2.5, and the kids loved the house as well. We were also walking distance to South Congress and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
