There is construction that occurs across the street on weekdays starting in the morning, which has the potential for some noise.

Pool Notice: The building`s pool is temporarily closed due to maintenance by the property management. Based on the latest update, it is expected to reopen during the first week starting June 21. Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on management`s progress and approvals.

Beautiful and well-appointed property. Very convenient to downtown. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I will certainly stay here again!

This is a good choice for anyone visiting Greenville. Most of the restaurants or downtown locations we wanted to visit were 7 to 15 minutes away, even with traffic. Communication was fast and easy. Location was plenty big enough for a launching pad and place to rest. Clean and the furniture is all comfortable.

The concept of revitalizing an old industrial site is great! The idea of having some short term units available is exactly what Greenville needs, however the follow through is abysmal. The unit we book was listed as accommodation for 6 people, with 2 beds & a sofa bed. We are a family of 5, 3 of which are children. Upon arrival and getting through the confusing check-in process, we discovered the ‘sofa’ bed was an air mattress on the floor! We called Black Haven Estates (the management company) immediately and after some back and forth, were offered a 200 credit, which honestly was not satisfactory considering their listing is inaccurate. These unit do NOT accommodate 6 adults comfortably. We made it work with 3 kids, yet this was just the beginning. Our first night there, we discovered that the stove tripped the breaker every few minutes, making cooking a nightmare. We VRBO so we can cook our own meals. They never fixed this problem (a faulty fuse) until the day before our checkout, at which point I wasn’t cooking anymore as we were leaving the next day. Further to this particular problem, they sent a maintenance team into our unit, unaccompanied while we were not there, even when I specifically asked them not to do so. Finally, their maintenance is terrible. The smoke detector batteries chirped, the fridge filter needed to be changed and the doors fell off the furniture. ZERO compensation for the inconveniences. Great concept, HORRIBLE execution.

SO many problems with this place, & we tried to address every one with the host but to no avail. A/C stopped working. It was August in humid SC. Host said they'd fix it but never did. It is LOUD at nighttime right as people on motorcycles & trucks zoom around the parking lot which is right outside the rental. There were loitering people after events held right next door until 2am on several WEEK nights and the weekend. People can see right into the bedrooms as they walk by. You can hear your neighbors, especially the ones above you as they move and pull out chairs, etc. The apartment & entire building and elevators are FULL of strong fragrance and it is being sprayed everywhere throughout the day. The oven & stove wouldn't work unless you flipped the breaker box, but they would only work for about 10 minutes before flipping off. That's a major electrical safety problem. Tried to call the host but only got a woman who I could hardly understand (accent) and it was impossible to figure out who actually owned the place. Our complaints were not dealt with and no apology. Asked for partial refund for the over 19 problems we had and they ghosted us and would not answer calls anymore. Hard to find how to get down to the pool-- no signage. Had to ask a neighbor. All flooring is concrete which ate up our crawling baby's knees. The living & dining area are much smaller than the listing pictures made it seem. So frustrating that we left a day early. Definitely will not stay here again.

Do not rent this property. The unit and location were fine. However, the stove and oven did not work for my entire stay of 7 days. I reported it to the host the first morning. She said to flip the ele tric breaker to start it. That worked....for 15 minutes before it went off again. Constant reminder to the host got no response. And I wasnt going to keep flipping an ele trical current when it was obvious there was a problem. Nothing else was plugged in and two other kitchen outlets did not work. No repair, no one came to check it out. We were without cooking facilities for our entire stay. Expensive to eat every meal out. The host denied all this despite getting an email every other day from me. It isn't worth 5he hassle and the lies.

Fantastic property that allows easy access to all of Greenville. Would recommend it to family and friends. When we visit GV in the future, we will put this property at the top of our list.
