Discover the beauty of Santa Barbara from this charming 4-bedroom house. With 1 full bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, guests will find a cozy retreat to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, fitness equipment, washer/dryer, and hair dryer. The 2 bathrooms feature showers. The main bath boasts a large spa-like setting with heated floor and multiple shower heads including a rain shower. Two leather futons open into queen beds to provide additional sleeping options in the living room.
Our 9000 square foot property is still in it's original configuration. A flagstone patio with table and chairs is available to our guests. The large yard with the barbecue is a part of the rental space. Enjoy the mature trees, flowers and birds in our spacious backyard, Make use of the barbecue and tables, chairs and umbrella's as you enjoy the constant breeze and singing birds. Coffee and sandwich shops, as well as McConnell's Ice Cream, are within a block and a half of Mission Gardens. You are eight beautiful blocks away from Alice Keck Park and Kids World Park. Another couple of blocks and you are in downtown Santa Barbara with restaurants, shops, and entertainment on every block. Groundskeeper is on location—the outbuildings; the casitas, garage, and shed are not part of the rental.

I’m the owner and operator of Mission Villa, a small, private memory-care residence located right next door. Even with a mix of single-family homes, multifamily residences, and another Airbnb, the alleyway layout naturally brings neighbors together — people here actually know each other, look out for one another, and maintain a warm, easy rhythm you don’t always find in Santa Barbara. There’s also a small senior care residence next door, which adds to the calm, steady feel of the street.
The neighborhood has become a hub for medical professionals because of its close proximity to the hospitals, clinics, and care centers throughout the area. It’s quiet, safe, and incredibly practical: close to downtown, beaches, major bus lines, bike paths, cafés, and the broader medical community, while still maintaining a relaxed residential environment.

Each room is fully furnished with a brand-new 40” smart TV, strong Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and a clean, uncluttered setup. Shared spaces are well-maintained and professionally cleaned weekly, with the option to have your private room cleaned as well.
Parking is simple and convenient — an open lot behind the home fits up to four vehicles with easy access from either alley. What truly sets the property apart is the overall environment: a peaceful, connected block with a genuine neighborhood feel and just minutes from the medical community and downtown Santa Barbara.
