This luxurious 4-bedroom villa is situated in a gated enclave. The home features en-suite baths, two living areas, indoor and outdoor kitchens and dining areas, a private pool, and a generous rooftop terrace.

Located in the Bight section of Grace Bay Beach, the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. Enjoy nearby Turtle Cove marina, restaurants, and bars.

Beach amenities include chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, a cooler, and wagon, or grab a yoga mat and have a session on the rooftop.

The space

Villa Grace Expectations is newly built home which features modern and convenient touches such as en-suites to all bedrooms, two powder rooms, outdoor foot shower and regular shower, coffee and wine bars, remote blinds and air conditioning in all rooms.

The furniture has been hand-selected from Europe and the appliances have been chosen for style and quality.

The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. There are three king size bedrooms, one of which is the primary, boasting a luxurious en-suite; and the fourth bedroom contains a queen size bed.

There are two indoor living areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a pool patio as well as a sunken deck with a firepit. Or choose to walk up to the rooftop terrace for a nice breeze and an overview of the surroundings.

We have established relationships with local vendors. If you are looking to plan an activity, seeking a service or searching for a particular product, we are happy to help.

Oceanblue Rentals via Truvi

To ensure the safety of our properties, we have teamed up with Truvi, a top provider in holiday rental guest screening.

Please note that at the time of booking, Truvi will perform a Booking Verification.

A $25 non-refundable damage waiver is necessary. This offers coverage for accidental damage to the property up to $50,000 during your stay.

Utilities

Electricity costs in the Turks & Caicos Islands have historically been quite high. Recent global fuel price increases have pushed these costs to unprecedented levels.

We kindly ask all guests to be conscious of their energy usage, especially regarding air conditioning. When the air conditioning is on, please make sure all doors and windows are kept closed.

Guest access

The entire villa, pool, patio and deck area are available to enjoy privately. The villa has two allocated parking spaces, located at the front of the villa, within the gated community.

Guest access will be keyless and contactless. Before check-in, the guest will be granted codes for the entrance gate and for the door.

Other things to note

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: All construction on the neighboring lot has finished in July 2026 and we anticipate no further disruption to our guests. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful, brand-new development!
