Hello and welcome to Sunshine Villa! We’re Heather & Charlie Dougherty, a family from Maryland who fell in love with Windsor Hills after countless magical vacations to Disney with our kids. Like so many families, we wanted a place that felt luxurious, relaxing, and fun — a home where memories could be made from sunrise swims to bedtime laughter. Sunshine Villa is the result of that dream.
When we found this property, we knew it was special — just two miles from Disney, tucked inside one of the safest and most family-friendly resorts in Orlando. We’ve thoughtfully updated every corner to make it comfortable, stylish, and ready for guests of all ages. From the Star Wars–themed game room designed with our kids in mind to the heated pool and spa perfect for unwinding after the parks, every detail was created to deliver a stress-free and unforgettable stay.
As hands-on owners, we take pride in offering a personal touch. Our local property manager ensures everything runs smoothly and is available to assist throughout your stay. Located in the gated Windsor Hills Resort—one of Orlando’s most sought-after destinations—this updated 5-bedroom, 5-bath home is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of magic.
