We chose the property primarily for the private pool. The kids enjoyed it. The Host was very responsive, and the home was the perfect size, not too large or small for our family group.

This property is well maintained, and the host was very responsive it the need arrived.The pots and pans, dishes, and utensils were adequate to meet our needs. The neighborhood is very clean and quit.

Not really private it’s two home and a travel trailer that all share the same backyard…….. my daughter was in the backyard and a strange man walked out…. When I asked the owner about this he said it wasn’t him it’s other guests so not really a private backyard it’s a shared space but other guests can’t use one of the pools………

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well layed out. The house was FULLY stocked and there were many thoughtful extras (toothbrushes, soaps, tons of spices, chocolates on the pillows) Andrew was great to communicate with and always quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again when we come visit family.

Beautiful, clean home but functions as a heavily shared propertyWe recently stayed at this property and want to highlight both the positives and some unexpected aspects of our stay. To begin with, the home itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well taken care of. The amenities were great, and the host was incredibly hospitable and attentive.However, the listing did not make us aware of how heavily shared the property actually is. Booking an entire home usually comes with an expectation of privacy, but our experience felt much more like sharing a home. Constant Foot Traffic & Lack of Privacy: The backyard and pool area are actively shared with the owner. At one point, we felt like people were about to get into our pool. Another time, someone suddenly reached over the fence to open the gate while I was laying out, which was very startling. Active Work & Noise: We returned home one day to find the garage open and the owner working in the yard. High Visibility: There are security cameras facing out of every window, and a trailer parked right between the spaces is lived-in, with windows looking directly into the home. The house is lovely and the owner is a very nice man, but the constant, unannounced foot traffic made our stay feel awkward and uncomfortable. If you are looking for a private getaway, this may not be the right fit, as it operates much more like a shared community space.
