You're five minutes away from Johnson Dr. where all the cool shops and restaurants are. This cute property is well-equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay in both KC. This property has high-speed internet, a comfortable workspace, a sunroom, and a grill.



The Space:

The bungalow features a nice-sized living room with a couch and multiple chairs for relaxing and is equipped with a smart TV.



The dining room is equipped with a table that can seat up to 6 people, making it perfect for a dinner with friends and family.



The cute kitchen has been recently renovated and features stainless steel appliances. All the cookware and dishware you'll need to prepare your meals are provided.



Each bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, complete with lush pillows to ensure you get the much-needed rest you deserve. There's plenty of extra storage available with a dresser and closet space.



You'll have private parking via a driveway that can fit up to four vehicles and a really nice neighbor.



A washer and dryer are available in the garage, and we look forward to hosting you at our quiet and amazing property!



Guest Access:

Guests are able to access the entire space except for the basement.



Other Things to Note:

* Parties - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED in any circumstances. All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $800 fine.



* Pets - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking.
