Villa Timucuan: Modern 4 Bedroom Villa With Pool

This impressive home doesn`t stop there; it also features a screened-in private pool. For an extra charge, the pool can be heated with an electric heat pump.

The four bedrooms in this vacation rental provide the perfect space to relax and get a restful night`s sleep. The master bedroom, located at the east side of the living room, features two queen beds, dressed in luxurious bedding. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and garden tub.

The next bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom that also has pool access. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a share the bathroom with the fourth bedroom, that has two twin beds.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. The owner has several closets locked for private belongings, but no worries, there is plenty of space left. There is a car in the garage, but you can park your car on the drive way. No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool and hot tub can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Hot tub can be heated daily, pool heating is 3 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
