Guests have full access to the entire home, both levels, the game room, deck & beach path. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock & the driveway offers ample parking.

✦ 𝙊𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚:
Guests are asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking, just a standard document confirming care & respect for the property. Prior to arrival, guests choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

✔ While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property with prior approval & pet fee
