Welcome to your Florida home-away-from-home! This unique 5-bedroom, 2-bath duplex in New Port Richey is the perfect spot for your next family reunion or group getaway. We recently updated the home under new ownership this summer (2025), and we can't wait to host you. It is spacious, private, and designed for making memories—whether you are splashing in the heated pool, grilling dinner on the patio, or heading out to the nearby Gulf Coast beaches.

The Space

Think of this as two homes in one. You get double the space and amenities so everyone can spread out and relax without feeling crowded.
Sleeps 10 Comfortably: We have five bedrooms featuring two King beds and three Queen beds. The split layout offers great privacy, which works perfectly for multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together.
Two Full Kitchens: No need to fight over fridge space! You have two fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. It makes cooking for a crowd a breeze.
Room to Relax: With multiple living areas, the kids can watch a movie on one side while the adults catch up over drinks on the other.
Backyard Paradise:
Step outside into your own private oasis. The backyard is all yours to enjoy.
Private Heated Pool: Take a dip in the in-ground heated pool any time of year. It is perfect for lazy afternoons or a swim under the Florida stars.
Outdoor Dining: We have a BBQ grill ready for your family cookouts on the patio.
Relaxation: Plenty of loungers and seating mean you can just sit back and soak up the sun. Both the pool area and the patio side are completely private for your group.

Prime Location for Family Fun

We are tucked away in the quiet, family-friendly Jasmine Point Estates neighborhood, but you are still close to all the action.
Downtown New Port Richey: Just a 5-minute drive to the historic riverfront, award-winning restaurants, shops, and breweries.
Beaches: Green Key Beach is a hidden gem only 15 minutes away, or you can head to Clearwater Beach (one of America’s top beaches) in about 30 to 45 minutes.
Attractions: The famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are 15 minutes south, and Tampa attractions like Busch Gardens are an easy 45-minute drive.
