Phoenix VII - 71.115 er placeret på 11. etage på den østlige side af bygningen - killer visning !!! De over store 2 værelses ejerlejlighed prale 9 fods lofter og fliser overalt med en smuk hjørne ligesom balkon udsigt over store udendørs pool.

Kløften-side soveværelse har en kingsize-seng og 2. soveværelse har 2 fuld størrelse senge gør enheden sove 6. Alle værelser og stue har fladskærms-tv og dvd-afspillere.

Parkering 2 biler max. Parkering pass køb på stedet. $ 18. 75 hver parkeringsafgift.

Phoenix VII er bekvemt placeret til restauranter og shopping - det er bare en kilometer fra Publix indkøbscenter og næsten på tværs af gaden fra Zeke Landing. Ejendommen har en stor udendørs pool med crossover bro og vandfald, indendørs pool, boblebad, børnepool, mænd og damer saunaer, racquetball domstol, fitnesscenter og grill / pavillon område.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property was clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated the amenities, which added to our experience.There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. The refrigerator was leaking and had pieces falling off inside. The management company responded quickly and resolved the leak, which we appreciated, but the refrigerator could benefit from replacement parts or an upgrade. The master bed was comfortable but had a noticeable slope that caused it to sink toward one side. The laundry closet doors were missing the top latch, making them difficult to keep closed, and the bathtub in the second bathroom drained slowly. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be comfortable overall.

2024 family vacation

We had a great stay!! Our rooms were very clean and the unit had everything we needed. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was not too far. We would definitely book this room again.

The con was when there was lightening, they also closed the indoor pool along with the outdoor. We have stayed many places and they have never closed indoor pool bc of weather. Everyone was a little confused. We chose a place with an indoor pool for the kids just incase it rains so that was a disappointment.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For safety reasons, it is common for indoor pools to close during thunderstorms. Although the pool is indoors, lightning strikes can still pose a risk, as electrical currents may travel through the building and create hazardous conditions for swimmers. In this case, the pool was closed by the property’s HOA out of an abundance of caution to protect guests. We truly hope this guest will choose to stay with us again in the future. The grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The only downside was waiting for the elevators. When everyone is checking in around the same time, wait times are a bit long. 3/4 of the elevators were working when we got there. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the pictures of this unit look great the unit itself is a bit worn. The floors were very dirty upon arrival I even went out and purchased a mop because all of our feet were black by the end of the first night from waking around. Bed linens and towels were very thin and need to be replaced Shower curtain liners were stained and grossed my 10 Yr old boy out which should say something Would recommend having some plastic plates and cups for families with Little’s this condo only has glass everything. Would also suggest black out curtain in the guest bedroom due to the outside condo lighting that cannot be turned off. Mattresses are hard and everyone work up stiffThe ocean view was great and we enjoyed the time on the balcony in the morning. I really don’t write negative reviews often and hate to do so but A few changes and updates to minor things would really do wonders especially for the price you pay for the week.

This was a clean unit & fairly well furnished. Loved the location. We did have issues with A/C but the management company was fairly responsive. It just makes for a less than stellar experience to go two nights in summer without A/C with a small child.

Booked the condo online. Management company kept in contact with us. Easy check-in, condo was nice and clean, beds were good. Spacious, plenty of room for my husband and our two daughters. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony!

Very nice condo and location.

Nice condo, but definitely needs to find a better cleaning company. Also its time to replace shower liners, sheets, and blankets. You will need to bring extra towels and wash cloths unless you want to be washing them everyday. We have been coming to Orange Beach for years staying at the Phoenix's but this was our first time at Phoenix 7, very disappointed because on day 1 we had our stuff stolen off the beach ( brand new umbrella, chairs and wagon) and that had never happened before. Overall our family vacation was great because we were together, but it was different this time.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location in Orange Beach and has great amenities, however, another company is building a Tower (currently 10 stories) that cuts off the view of some sunrises and the beach to the left of the condo.The condo was clean but needs a new washer/dryer and an update to the master bathroom.

Great girls weekend out

Great location. Short walk from room to beach. Big enough for three. Kitchen needed some storage bowls.
