The place was very spacious. I loved that one room had two beds. There were plenty of elevators and they were fast - we never had to wait long. We used the racquet ball court and tennis court and the gym. The pool area was clean and we loved that there were three hot tubs. We were missing a dustpan, but I called maintenance and they delivered one to our door quickly.

It was a great stay our family had a great time! The view was amazing! The condo itself was clean, the living room was questionable. After walking barefoot your feet was black, you only received one dish washing pod and one washing pod for clothes. I could understand having sand on the floor but sand doesn’t turn your feet black. The communication was great, we had a super easy check in and check out process.

Property as described. Great price, never really stayed at Phoenix properties because of the size, but this one is just right. Parking is super convenient. Plus the major factor is sitting right next door. Flora-Bama!

The view was spectacular, home was clean, and parking was simple during our stay the 2nd week of March! My only negative (which is not on this unit at all!) is that while this unit is non smoking, the building is not and some patio neighbors may be smoking.

Found out that you cannot get any help from the desk if you rent through someone other than the property owner. Not, Vrbo or any other. You cannot get towels, help with loud people or anything. You on your own. And VRBO charges huge extra charge to go through them.
