Enjoy a fabulous downtown location on cottage row with this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage within walking distance to all the great restaurants, live entertainment and shopping and, of course, the beach which is only a block away.

The cottage comes with a large deck for outdoor dining or just relaxing while enjoying an ocean breeze. The fourth bedroom is in an attached studio with a kitchenette and its own living area, making it the perfect spot for extended families, friends traveling together, or that little extra privacy while on vacation with your teenage children. It’s also the perfect spot for couples to enjoy an elegant and relaxed vacation.

You'll have everything you need at the Blue Sky Beach Cottage, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a fireplace, four televisions with cable, wifi, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, two outdoor showers, and more. There's a desk for work or homework in the main cottage, and the studio can be used as a quite work space away from the bustle of vacationing family. Layout of house is a little different, but our family had a great time, Alex & Cath are super nice & easy to work with left us a few snacks & waters. Very accommodating. would recommend to friends & family.

The stay was enjoyable. It's a very short walk to the beach. In fact, if you were to park in the lot to walk across the street when driving to the beach you'd only be about 200ft closer. One of the main reasons that we rented this space was because of the 4 parking spots. We have friends in Cocoa and when they came over to visit and go to the beach we had room for them to park there. And it was the 4th of July weekend so parking was even more limited. They had pretty much everything that we needed and more. The house was decorated nice for us for the holiday also, and the hosts left us snacks, water, even some popcycles. The house was very clean, so no problems there. You are at the beach so expect an occassional insect or two. We're in Florida and it's the beach, so... Great hosts and very attentive to our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The hosts communicated extremely well and made sure we knew exactly how to access the property, where to park, etc. The beach was a quick walk from the house as well. The set up is a little different, but it worked great for the 6 adults we had and the patio made up for the smaller inside community areas. Close to shops, cafes, the beach, and all were easy to walk to from there. We are grateful for the experience and memories made!

Brevard County has so much to offer! The Space Coast is once again vibrant with weekly rocket launches, high-technology and military-industrial complex growth, and the cruise ship industry, all booming! Even with all this new commotion, Cocoa Beach still retains that "forgotten coast", laid-back appeal. Additionally, the Indian River Lagoon, the area that combines our two intercoastal waterways, is the most biologically diverse estuary in North America. Home to an array of marine plants, animals and endangered species. It's a critical nursery ground for fish, sea turtles, migratory birds and other great marine mammals. This area has it all - an ideal and diverse Florida vacation experience!
