The Space:
Modern-industrial high-rise condo with sweeping bay and city views from every room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious terrace showcase unforgettable sunsets over downtown. Curated art, sculptural accents, and antique teak furniture add warmth and sophistication to the modern design.
One of the standout features of this home is its rare 270-degree panoramic view — stretching from the mountains, Balboa Park, and the bay, all the way to the harbor and the ocean horizon. And at night, the downtown skyline is an incredible sight on a clear evening.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
