Welcome to our beautiful lake house on Lake Champlain. Enjoy your coffee and or read a book on the expansive deck. Of enjoy the incredible sunsets. Uniquely our deck is half covered w sky lights so on those rainy days you can be outside and watch the weather role in. The inside of our home offers you 2 living rooms and a reading room.The kitchen has high end appliances and an enormous 6 burner stove. The downstairs offers a full bar (unstocked), game room and additional living room area. All bedrooms are on the second floor. We are centrally located to many destinations and activities the Vermont and the Adirondacks have to offer. Burlington is located 1hr north. Middlebury is located 25min east and offers many restaurants and grocery stores as well as Middlebury College. Rutland is 1hr south east. Ticonderoga and Lake George are located 35 min south. There are many activities in the area for all the seasons of the year! Skiing - we are centrally located between Killington, Gore, Whiteface, Stome, Smuglers notch, Middlebury Ski bowl, Madriver, Sugar Bush, Okemo, West Mountain. The Vermont snowmobile trail system is close by. There are abundant amounts of hiking trails in VT and ADK close by. The house is located on Lake Champlain for all of your water activities. There are 2 boat launches near by 1.5 and 7 miles away respectively and plenty of room for your boat. Your also only 35 min from boat launches into Lake George. The fall foliage season is spectacular for your leaf peeping trips. We are also only 7 miles away from the Vermont Wedding Barn.

Guest Access
Guest are not permitted in barn or attached garage. There are also locked areas in the home that are not accessible to guest. Everything in pictures is available for guest use. At this time the swim spa located on the lower patio is not open. Lake/boat house is closed during winter months. There are outdoor security cameras around property.
