One of the highlights of this property is its lakeside setting. Guests enjoy dock access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and soaking in the peaceful Cayuga Lake views. There is convenient boat parking right by the house, making it easy to bring along your own watercraft for a true lake-adventure experience. Cayuga Lake State Park is about 1 mile away for a public boat launch.

The lakefront area can be accessed either by walking from the apartment along the grass path or by driving around to the lakeside parking area.

Owners onsite in the main home and may be present outdoors during your stay. We have two friendly dogs who may bark when you first arrive but usually warm up quickly.

Lake access is available during daylight hours only. Swimming, fishing, and launching small non-motorized boats (including the provided kayaks, as well as guests' own paddle boards and canoes) are permitted at your own risk.
