Main Level

The fully equipped kitchen with its gas range offers everything needed for shared meals and slow mornings. Step onto the upper patio to grill, savor a firelit evening around the gas firepit, or watch the sky transform above the fairways.

This level also includes the primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a second queen bedroom, a full hallway bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ideal for families and longer stays.

Lower Level

Downstairs, a spacious second living area creates the perfect family-friendly hideaway for kids, groups, or cozy movie nights. Settle into reclining chairs in front of the 70” QLED TV and soundbar, or spill into the two inviting bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and another with two queen beds—perfect for siblings or multi-family trips. Guests have full access to the home, three patios, hot tub, garage, and the entire property. As part of the Grand Elk community, you can also enjoy the year-round heated saltwater swimming pool, large saltwater hot tub, driving range, clubhouse, restaurant, and winter cross-country ski trails (approx. 5 miles groomed). Fees may apply.
