Dette Condo er beliggende i en stor del af Ocean City (Gold Coast område). Kun 2 korte blokke til stranden på 1600 Asbury Ave. Stue, to store soveværelser og køkkenområde. Inkluderer 6 strandmærker til brug for dit ophold. Køkkenet har en opvaskemaskine og er fuldt udstyret med alle faciliteter inkluderer også en Keurig kaffemaskine / blender / brødrister. Der er AC enheder i hvert værelse. Inkluderer kabel-tv og wifi. Alle værelser har nye 39 "fladskærms-tv og et nyt stort 55" 4K Smart TV i stuen sammen med 2 sovesofaer til ekstra gæst. Bagdækket består af spiseplads og grill. Off-street parkering til 1 bil. Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i separat fælles område. Denne lejlighed er i en 5 enhed bygning 2 blokke fra stranden-Great for store familier eller udvidede familier til at leje flere enheder for at få din fælles og personlige plads. Dette er en ikke-ryger bygning. Skal være 21 år gammel til leje, og vi accepterer ikke begivenheder eller high school senior lejemål.

The apartment was clean, spacious and a short walk to the beach. The best part is we were also able to take our furry family member. We had a great vacation!

The condo was well cleaned and ready when we arrived. We were able to fit my wife and I, 2 grandchildren and their parents. The beach and boardwalk were only 4 blocks and we were able to rent a wagon and canopy tent. Weather was exceptional and our host Sil checked in when necessary. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation and relaxing space to stay.

Just what we needed! Excellent host!

Our small family of 3 + our small puppers enjoyed a week long stay at this listing. The host was incredibly responsive to any requests or questions and made the stay hassle free. We brought our linens and had a great stay.

Excellent place!!!

This place was perfect!! Not to close to the crowds but close enough to the beach and board walk. My family had an amazing stay the beds where comfortable. The ac units worked really well. The out side shower was a huge help on beach days. We will stay here again .

Perfect family friendly location

We had a wonderful experience with our first ever beach overnight trip. It was our first time in Ocean City and the location of the property to the beach and boardwalk was just perfect. The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive.

Ocean City, NJ

I stayed at the same property last year and will continue to do so. The location is close to the beach, boardwalk and the downtown area. It's spacious, clean and has all the amenities one needs for a beach vacation.

Great little place for a last minute beach getaway

Check in was super easy- great having the unit on the ground floor and just feet from the allocated parking spot! I would say that the parking spot (C) could be a tight fit if you have a big car- we had an F150 and the neighboring spot had an even larger truck - it is doable but tight. Sal gave us plenty of notice reminding us to bring our own bedding and towels etc and he always responded to texts almost immediately which was fantastic …we walked to everything and quite honestly, spent little time at the condo as it was a holiday weekend and there was a lot to do in town but great to have a simple, clean, dog friendly place to come back to. We would definitely like to return if we visit the area again!

Ocean City at its Best

This property was in a very good area. Very close to the beach and boardwalk, and a very nice walk into the Asbury Shopping District. The property was true to the pictures online. Very nice and very clean; no unpleasant surprises. Lots of closet space for storing your personal items and food. The rooms were all a nice size, and this property is dog friendly. Whenever I go on vacation, I never put my clothes in the drawers provided but I did at this property. I would rent this place again, but the needs of my family require another bath and bedroom. I thank the owner for making this annual trip to the Jersey Shore such a good experience.

Great dog friendly place near the beach!

Location and size were perfect for our needs- only a few blocks from the beach (and other family we were visiting) and all the rooms/kitchen had plenty of space. No linens, but that was in the listing so we knew that (and most places dont include them now). It was convenient to have a parking space. Kitchen had good amount of pots, pans, utencils, etc. The owner was very responsive, accomodating and even brought over a regular coffee pot since we dont use kcups. One minor thing is there are no towel hooks in the bathroom surprisingly....so we had to hang towels in the closet to dry. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spot and Pet Friendly too!

This is the second year my family has rented at Sal's place. My parents rent another unit too! It's a great spot. Clean and Convenient! Close to beaches, shopping, boards but far enough from the congestion downtown! Sal is quick to respond and a great host!

The overall from start to finish was very well managed. Any questions I had the owner was quick to respond. The property was very clean and well taken care of. This made for a very enjoyable vacation. We would definitely rent again and it was close to beach and boardwalk

Bare-bones, but good location

Pros: - Sal is very very fast with his responses. Easy check-in / check-out. - This location was perfect for us. A couple of blocks away from the boardwalk - so close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the noise to be really quiet at night. - Convenient parking, the outdoor shower is very helpful, and it was nice to have the private outdoor area. Cons: - Biggest drawback was that the unit didn't seem super clean when we arrived. My son was crawling on the floor and his hands and knees were covered in black after just a few minutes. We bought a Swiffer and cleaned the floor a few times and it was basically fine after that. We also cleaned out the AC units, window ledges and kitchen cabinets - most surfaces just didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a while. - There are some cracks in the ceiling and walls, and some small details like a rusting baseboard in the bathroom and window blinds that are a little broken. I agree with other reviews that the bathroom could use an update. - There are really no linens at all (no sheets, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths, rugs/mats, etc). We knew this and brought sheets, towels, kitchen towels - but if I stayed again I would bring a bathmat and doormat to wipe feet. Especially coming from the beach, it would be helpful to have a place to clean off your feet before stepping into the apartment. Also, the washer/dryer is coin-operated - it would have been helpful to know that in advance so we could bring quarters. The word 'bare-bones' just kept coming to mind for me. The unit is functional and has some of the main things you want in a vacation stay (location, easy access). Other family members on our trip had rented a larger/nicer place nearby and spent $700 less (they had booked a few months earlier than us, and through a local real estate agency) - so it felt frustrating to not enjoy our place as much and know that we paid more for it. I think if I go back to Ocean City I would book earlier and try to find something a little nicer.

Eric, I feel your review is unfair. I work very hard at trying to ensure that every guest has a 5 star stay. It is a guest responsible to notify of any issues rather than wait for a list at your review. You state the unit was not “SUPER” clean. Had you mentioned to me that there was an issue, the cleaning service would have gladly come back to address any concerns. Also, you state you brought a “swifter”- there are cleaning products and a Mop in the unit for guest during their stay. You left the unit with excessive dog hair and I did not pass the additional charge for cleaning on to you. There is a mat outside for wiping your feet prior to entering the condo. As the ad states, no linens, this includes bath mats and towels. Again, had you notified me, I would have more than happy to provide several bath mats for you. Most guest would not want to use these items during COVID. I am sorry you did not read the ad completely as it states “coined operated” washer and dryer. You seem jealous that your family member received a better pricing, maybe you should have them assist you next time. Might I suggest: I think you would be a better fit for a hotel instead of a VRBO.

I am a little confused as to why your review is pointing out no beach tags as this is advertised on the listing prior to booking. This is becoming more of the norm for Ocean City. You comment about TV Channels is not accurate. There are basic TV channels over 900 of them along with Rokus on each TV which gives you channels. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Hulu and Amazon TV accounts. I am sorry you did not reach out to me on how to use the TV’s as I would have been more than happy to help you. All guest are always welcome to bring their own Firestick. As far as the bathroom, there is a picture of the bathroom prior to you booking this unit. There are other units and you could have rented a different unit with a new bathroom. Your unit was priced accordantly. This bathroom is actually on the schedule to be updated this fall. Alleyways are not streets. This again could have been brought up on any map for you to see prior to booking. Might I suggest next time you book a rental from Vrbo you read the ad and look at the pictures. I see you had nothing nice to say about the unit but if you look at other reviews there a many with five star ratings on this unit.
