Parking is available on the driveway, you can also from parking along the curb at street side. Please don't park in front of my neighbor's house.The garage has been / will be locked; guests DO NOT have access to the garage.

Access to the house is through the front door with a keyless entry system. A unique access code will be given to you prior to your arrival.

Pool & Spa heating fee:
• Pool Heating: $80/day (8 hours)
• Spa Heating: $50/session (8 hours)
• Heat Info: Pool 85°F & Spa 95°F
The spa & pool heating schedule can be arranged flexibl , please 4-hour notice required

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay at the host’s discretion.
