Spend your mornings biking along 30A’s scenic pathways (bike rentals available), your afternoons soaking in the sugar-white sands, and your evenings savoring the upscale dining and entertainment just steps from your door.



After a day spent biking 30A’s scenic paths or lounging on the sugary-white sands, unwind in the community’s peaceful setting—complete with a seasonally heated pool and complimentary tram service down to the private beach. Whether you're here for a romantic escape or to reset, this chic studio offers the ideal blend of coastal luxury, convenience, and understated elegance.



If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, as soon as possible after booking to ensure a reserved space on the beach.  On their site, select "30A South Walton," then choose "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.  We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
