Monte Paraiso is a beautifully landscaped gated community set between Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. The development features paved roads, underground utilities, gated entry and roving security, creating a peaceful and well-maintained setting for vacation stays.

Playa Hermosa is a relaxed beach community with a beautiful beachfront, excellent restaurants and easy access to the area's beaches and activities. Playas del Coco is just a few minutes away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and a wider selection of services. Coco is also a popular departure point for scuba diving, sport fishing and sightseeing tours, while waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences and river adventures are all within easy reach. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately 30 minutes away.

Two ocean view king suites sit on either side of the home, offering privacy and direct access to the terrace. 🚙TRANSPORTATION - Guests would be most comfortable having a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The driveway to the home is quite steep so large groups should consider smaller vehicles, rather than larger transfer vans. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is NOT accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not have Uber here and getting a taxi can be challenging, especially for large groups. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
