Our second time at Villa Mila. Another fabulous family vacation. The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The concierge was excellent to work with. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job. We will be back!

Our family comes back to the area over and over again, we have stayed at The Four Seasons, Andaz and rented other homes in the area. This unit was perfect for our group of 6. Location is amazing, easy to get to all the hotels and the private Beach Club. The Condo looks exactly like the pictures. We couldn’t have been happier!

Perfect Papagayo

We had an incredible time at this condo. It was clean, excellent location and the concierge was a huge help during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Absolutely stunning

This property was incredibly beautiful. The view was unmatched and the home was so inviting. My family of 6 had the best time and hosted my parents for a few days as well. One of the best family vacations.

We spent last week at Villa Mila or Terrazas #11. If you have a larger family (read: 3 kids) or are two smaller families who want to share a place, this is a great option.The property has a great, modern feel to it that is comparable to any of the upscale resorts that you could stay at on the peninsula. I had originally planned to stay at the Four Seasons, but did not want to spring for two adjoining rooms or a villa. We bought a day pass for the Four Seasons while we were there, and I could not be more happy that I decided to stay at Villa Mila instead. The house is fairly centrally located. Andaz is about a 12-minute drive, but Papagayo Park, Nacascolo Beach, Prieta Beach Club, Nekajui (the Ritz), and the Four Seasons are all basically 5-7min away or less via golf cart. I do HIGHLY recommend renting a golf cart from the owners. This was a great advantage over staying at a resort; we had a lot of mobility and independence due to having our own golf cart. I also HIGHLY recommend going to Prieta Beach Club. I think combining the Prieta Beach Club with Villa Milla basically gives you a higher-end experience than you would get at one of the resorts. Beautiful beach, pools, and restaurants with great food at the club, but you can still go back to your spacious home with a view of the bay. The complex has two pools (we only used one) and has a stunning view. The concierge service was also great and was readily available during business hours to answer questions

That's exactly what we hoped when we designed the place. So glad you rented the golf cart too. That's the move that really changes the whole experience, right? And Prieta Beach Club is amazing. Magical

Papagayo is my favorite place to escape the New England cold. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice, it stunning and well maintained In addition the management team was very accommodating and attentive. This was the perfect vacation!

New Year’s 2024

This is an amazing condo, centrally located on the peninsula with easy access to the golf clubhouse, Prieta Beach Club, Nacascolo and many restaurants. The condo is beautiful, newly renovated, and very comfortable. We loved morning coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the howlers in the distance. We spent a full week and could not have asked for a better stay. Pura Vida!

Incredible Christmas celebration in Costa Rica

Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!

Amazing Family Trip

Property is absolutely amazing, from the pristine condition, to the views, to the amount of space, indoor and outside. Highly recommend Ruddy, outstanding concierge who coordinated all of our trips (tubing, horseback riding, ATV, jetski, etc). Property is in great and convenient location (walking to one beach, 3-4 min golf cart ride to restaurants and other beaches). Highly recommend! Thank you.

To be honest, vacation rentals are challenging for me. I have had some ok experiences and mostly it’s not good or a even a disaster. This place is the best place I have ever found! It’s gorgeous! The view and deck are incredible. The place has everything you would ever need. It’s spotless. The papagayo area is top! The concierge is outstanding. I’ll be back !!!

Perfect location and views

My family and best friend stayed here for spring break and had the most wonderful time. The location is great for getting everywhere on the peninsula. Very well thought out layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only feedback we have would be from the night we had a chef at the condo, he said there were not enough serving dishes, knives, etc. to serve a meal to us. Other than that, we would come back in a heartbeat!

Peninsula Papagayo Retreat

Property is beautiful and the views are incredible -pictures do not do it justice. The concierge, Hazel, was easy to communicate with and the daily housekeeping did a fantastic job. The restaurants were all very good but Pesce (Four Seasons) was our favorite. The Prieta Beach Club is also fantastic and was never crowded. My only complaint was the grocery service-the quality of the food they purchase is very poor and some of the items we preselected were incorrect upon delivery-would be better to get your own groceries if you had a rental car. Adios Costa Rica-hope to come back soon!
