Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and a range of additional sleeping configurations make this home workable for up to 16 guests. The third floor is the main bedroom level: a queen and twin bunk room, a king bedroom, and a queen ensuite with a clawfoot tub and shower — each with direct access to the wraparound balcony. The fourth floor is a private suite with a queen bed and a large sectional that sleeps two more, well-suited for guests who want a little separation from the group. The first floor adds further capacity with two curtained twin beds, a twin trundle, and three oversized twin pullouts, ideal for teens or younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The second floor anchors daily life, an open kitchen with a walk-in pantry, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware your group needs for full meals. The wraparound porch off this level has swing seating and nooks looking out over the pool, good for morning coffee or a slow evening wind-down. A coffee and beverage station on the third floor keeps early risers moving without waking the rest of the house.

Outdoor living
The private pool and hot tub for eight form the core of the outdoor space, recently renovated, ringed by six loungers and Adirondack seating, and anchored by a marble-topped bar with a gas grill beside it. A pass-through window connects the pool bar to the indoor bar on the first floor, keeping the energy flowing between inside and out. The fenced backyard and first-level deck include a dog-waste station and give pets room to roam.

Entertainment
The first floor is a full sports bar and game lounge: a custom bar, three large smart TVs, a mini kitchen, and a retro movie catalog. It shifts easily from game-day setup to movie night to family tournament space depending on who's holding the remote. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the home has air conditioning and heating throughout.
