Turtle Cove Villa - Walk to Beach, Restaurants, Smiths Reef and Snorkel.

We provide 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs with backpack straps, an Umbrella, Cressi Snorkel and Mask, Igloo Cooler & beach towels so you can have an amazing day at the beach.

This 1 year new villa has all the bells & whistles. Very bright place to call home while on vacation. Central Location. The Villa has two spacious bedrooms with brand new furniture, featuring a comfortable queen mattresses and luxury bed frames, nightstands & lamps. All our Sheets/Towels/Blankets/Pillows/Beach Towels come from Island Furniture's Linen Shop in Turtle Cove.

Guests enjoy ensuite bathrooms with Quartz Tiles, Glass Shower & Kohler fixtures. The main floor also has a 2 peice bathroom and a washer and dryer.

Walk into the main floor open concept Kitchen Living Dining. Very spacious 2500 sq/ft with White Kitchen Cabinets, Quartz Countertops, all new stainless steel appliances. Water Filter on fridge and ice maker.

Comfy sectional with smart TV, high speed internet and table for 4. Bluetooth speaker for Music and BBQ grill on the back deck.

Black out curtains in the bedroom, ceiling fans and 4 split wall AC units with remotes, make this the perfect caribbean escape all year round.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, this fabulous villa offers a welcoming retreat.

It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Dine in or walk to the local restaurants such as Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Baci Italian, Simone's, Top of the Cove Deli and more.

Option to reserve a Private Pontoon Boat Trip for 7 hours with a private captian. We recommend you reserve your date long before your arrival. I recommend you book on Day 3 or 4 of your 1 week vacation. That gives you arrival day plus 2 days to explore the island by land, go to the beach and then go out and enjoy a day on the water. It will be a highlight for sure. Pick a date and we will see if it is available for you. Captain Devon knows how to show our guests a great time.

Scooter Bob's Car Rentals and TCI Car Rentals are in walking distance of Turtle Cove Villa or they can bring the car to the villa. They have a great reputation.

I can share my vacation planning info and Top 30 List after you book your stay.

Also highly recommend the 1/2 day sail/snorkel trip with Oceanvibes TCI. They provide snorkel gear, beverages. They pick you up at the beach by Coral Gardens or The Sibonne. Since you are in walking distance to Turtle Cove Marina, you can ask if you can meet them at the marina. Check them out online.

Kathrine was an excellent host. Very attentive, and available to answer questions. Ready with so great recommendations in the area. Beautiful new condo! Well appointed and comfortable. Perfect for our stay while working in the area.

Turtle Cove Escape is a fantastic place to stay in Turks and Caicos. It is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, with the beach and several great restaurants just a short walk away. The space was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay.Katherine is a wonderful host. She provided all the information we needed to make check-in and getting familiar with the property smooth and easy. She is very friendly and has a great eye for the small details that make a stay even more enjoyable.

We specialize in vacation villa management and sharing all that we know with our guests so you can feel confident to go out exploring with your own island guidebook to feel comfortable. We are real estate professionals and we have trained cleaning staff and if you want to book an excursion, our founder is the owner of Oceanvibes.com They have a beautiful 48 foot sail catamaran and do a wide variety of boat trips daily. 1/2 day sail snorkel, parasail and champagne sunset cruises.

The owner had this property built in the 2024/25. It is absolutely gorgeous with a well known builder who is known for his attention to detail. Turtle Cove is a popular neighborhood in TCI. There are 5 amazing restaurants and a cafe. Top of the Cove Deli and Turks Wave are open for breakfast at 8am and food is served all day until 3pm. Daily specials, take out meals, order ahead family sized lasagna, caesar salad and garlic bread. Simone is like the Norm of Cheers. She will welcome you to her restaurant and remember your name when you return next year. Sharkbite is on stilts over the water and at night the water is lit up and you may spot a caribbean reef shark swimming by. Baci Italian has the best veal marsala, lemon snapper and wood fired pizza oven and Mango Reef is a short walk open from 11am to 12pm. Check out there menu online, local fish, lobster, conch, thai tuna salad,dominican paella, fresh sushi, so much to choose from including warm rum cake and vanilla ice cream to name a few. Indigo & Pink at The Wymara Resort, The Marine Room across the road. Walk to Smith's Reef at the mouth of Turtle Cove Marina. You can walk or rent a car. Boat excursions such as Oceanvibes, Island Vibes, Kenard Cruises, and many more in my guidebook. Grace Bay Beach runs 12 miles from the mouth of Turtle Cove Marina, all the way to the east end of the island. Graceway IGA is only 1 mile east and Somewhere Cafe at Coral Gardens Resort has the best fish tacos, fajitos and roped off snorkel area out front. All in all a great vibe, The Villa is in the middle of the island but only 0.3 miles to Grace Bay Beach voted #1 beach in the world in several well known publications. The island is only 25 miles wide east to west and 1 to 2 miles across from North to South in different locations. We have great deep sea fishing, a championship golf course, pickleball and tennis courts, graceway sports centre has pay as you go options for those who like to stay in shape while travelling.

Each bedroom has a brand new Queen Size Platform bed, private bathroom with quartz tiles and glass shower within your bedroom. NO need to go out into the hall. Brand new furnishings such as comfortable sectional to relax after a day at the beach or a nice dinner. It is centrally located just 10 minutes east of the airport and walking distance to the #1 beach in the world. Close to scooter bob's car rental and tci car rentals if you choose to rent a car. Snorkel equipment provided. Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Cooler too. We look forward to ensuring you have an amazing stay.
