This comfortable and spacious home is ready to welcome you with:

This is a 2-story home with a finished basement. All three bedrooms are on the second floor.

☆ You'll arrive and park in the driveway in front of the home. Two vehicles can park in the driveway side by side, and the on-street parking is also available. There is a garage, but the owners use it for storage and it will be locked.
☆ First floor: you'll enter through the front door. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room area. The kitchen is well stocked, with everything you should need for basic cooking, including a drip coffee maker, air fryer, and more! There's also a bonus front office room with a piano! There is a half bath on the first floor.
☆ Up the stairs, you'll find three separate bedrooms - beds are full, full, and twin XL. The full bathroom with walk-in shower is on the second floor. There is a 4th bedroom (which the owners use when they are here) which will be locked.
☆ Additional sleeping areas: there are two queen size sleeper sofas on the first floor - one in the front office, and one in the living room. If you will be using these, please let us know in advance of your stay - otherwise we will not provide the bedding for them.
☆ Outside, enjoy the private fenced back yard, outdoor seating, patio, and grill.
☆ The laundry room is in the basement, which also includes a bonus room with an additional TV/seating area, and another 1/2 bath!

You'll be provided with a code for the lockbox on your arrival day. You will have private access to all of the areas that are pictured in the photos. The owner has some items stored in the garage, which will be locked; there is also one additional bedroom upstairs which will be locked (the home is actually 4 bedrooms, but is listed as 3 bedrooms and will have 3 rooms available).

We do ask for assistance from our guests in moving the trash and recycling bins to/from the curb in front of the house on the pickup days. We'll provide reminder messages and we'll be available to help anyone with physical limitations if needed.

There will be some locked areas inside of the home that the owners use for storage - the garage, the primary bedroom, and a storage area in the basement will not be accessible to guests.

There is a motorized chairlift installed on the staircase from the first to the second floor. The owners have a relative that occasionally uses this when they stay here.

This home is located in east Columbus, just a 5-minute drive from where the 270 outerbelt meets I-70. We're only 15 minutes from CMH airport, 10 minutes to Blacklick Woods Metro Park, and 6 minutes to Otherworld (a popular art exhibit/attraction/concert venue).
