The Space:

Relax on your next Oregon Coast escape at this dog-friendly house that includes an enclosed yard. The beach is within walking distance where you will find miles of sandy beach to explore. This rental has everything you'll need for a great getaway including a gas fireplace, fun-filled game room with a Nintendo Wii, shuffleboard table, and foosball, plus a full, well-equipped kitchen. Out back, you will find an enclosed yard, gas grill, and a private hot tub so you can enjoy the outdoors as well.



What's nearby:

The beach here tends to be uncrowded, and is a great spot to hunt for agates or fly kites. Salishan Resort is a short drive toward Lincoln City, where you can enjoy a day at the spa or play a round of golf. Continue on to Lincoln City for year-round crabbing and clamming. Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area is a short drive in the other direction toward Depoe Bay, where you can picnic or play on the beach and search for tide pools among the rocks. Just a bit further down the road is Depoe Bay, home of the world's smallest harbor and a fantastic place for whale watching.

The property was in a nice area with a nice short walk to the beach and a few options for groceries and such around around the area. There were some small things in the unit that were normal wear and tear that could do with being fixed. Most difficult part was the neighbors. They were up all hours and playing loud music and instruments and they had a dog that would race to his dog run the moment you even touched your door to take your dog into the yard. Never had a full issue but it made us uncomfortable with smaller dogs and smaller children. Host was excellent at responding and ensuring things brought to their attention during the stay would be addressed after check out, which is always a plus.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers! The room was very clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell the host takes pride in maintaining the space.The host was also very responsive and welcoming, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights was the hot tub, it was clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day. It really added an extra level of comfort to the stay. The house was very comfortable and easy to access. Genuinely allowed for us to have an excellent getaway to reconnect. Overall, a clean, cozy, and stress-free stay. I would absolutely come back!

The fenced area needed a lot of work, it could use some upkeep. The hort tub was great though! The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, plenty of dishes and seating. It would have been nice to have ziplock bags though.The bathrooms and bedrooms were also clean and well done. The faucets in the master bath were tricky and took a bit of figuring out. The cords need organized for the tvs and devices, and the home stereo didn't work. There were two gorgeous German Shepherds next door, and our German Shepherd insisted on having loud conversations with them, so that was a bit of a challenge also.

We have stayed here before and we really love the house and its proximity to the beach. We appreciate the fact that we can bring our pups to enjoy the visit. But, the neighbors next door had 2 very big, aggressive german Shepards. They were trying to jump over the fence to get to our dogs, it was scary to say the least. No slight to the house we stayed in. Just be prepared if you bring your fur babies that they wont be able to enjoy the backyard like intended.

Great place to stay! Kid friendly and perfect for dogs! Plenty of games to play. My house doesn't have stairs so that was new for the dogs. Love that there were pet bowls and towls for them the dogs. I didn't know if there was hot tub towls so I took some but didn't need to use them. There was planty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Well stocked kitchen for at home cooking. The beach is within walking distance and Side Door Cafe one of my favorite places to go. We would definitely stay again.

The house was average clean. There is a pile of junk stacked in the former garage. the rooms were clean. One bedroom has a sink but the plumbing is not functional. The bar was not stocked. No bar was not a problem this was a family/spring break get away. 2 teachers, 1 student, a baby, a spouse and 2 grand parents. Grandpa, dad and student enjoyed the hot tub.We used the house as a base for day adventures,

We had several issues such as the washing machine was not in working order the fireplace amenity that they advertised wasn’t available. Bathroom sinks, slow draining.Gas grill not enough propane. However, since our overall state was a short visit, we were able to get by without the amenities that did not work. The most roughest one was the washing machine. We had a lot of dirty clothes to take home, but otherwise overall the stay was a pleasant one due to the fact that we had family together and were able to have the beach close by. It has a great kitchen and dining room room where we could gather around and play cards and visit.

We loved our stay. There are a couple of things that I feel need addressing. There needs to be a notebook with details on all the remotes and what should be used for what. The master bathroom has an interesting shower, by the third day I had it figured out. :( Last the door lock. Please get something more user friendly. A 10 number code is a bit much. It took at least 15 minutes to get in every time. Sorry but we just stopped locking it by the second day. As an older woman with the facilities on the other side of the door, I have almost not made it to the bathroom. There are so many different locking units that only require 4 to 5 numbers so there is less chance of messing up the series.

Spring Break Stay

Overall, great stay. There’s a few minor issues we discovered such as leaks, a full dishwasher upon arrival, surfaces not wiped down, and some toilets not working but still a great place to go. Also LOVED the bidet!!! We got a great deal and enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

Cozy place for families

Lovely house for a large family/friend getaway. Short walk to the beach. Hot tub is a nice touch. Everyone enjoyed the bidet.

Great place to stay at for a few days.

It was a very good place to stay at, in the game room there were different games, digital and non-digital. However, the digital games were very limited, but they are still good to last a few days.

Great gathering place!

What a great layout for family or friend gatherings. Well stocked kitchen, great selection of entertainment, fun and interesting books to browse. The pictures don't do justice to the rooms and amenities of this house. We really enjoyed staying here.

Fix the leak under the sink in the upstairs room with the hide-a-bed. And both toilets upstairs constantly run unless you wiggle the handle. Other than that was a very nice staying at that place.

Adult Family beach trip

It was an easy walk to the beach. The house was nicely laid out for family dinners, playing cards, sitting on the deck and having everyone be together. There were plenty of accommodations for 7 adults, and everyone had a great time!

They made it very easy for us to arrive, settle in, and enjoy our week end. Walk to the beach for sunset and daytime. Plenty to do. The hot tub was lovely. Plenty of room for everyone.

Nice place

Great location, close walk to the beach in a cute, quiet Neighborhood. Nice house with well equipped kitchen. The only thing is the living room is quite small and not Furnished to accommodate a group of more than 4, yet the rest of the house is big enough to accommodate considerably more people.

Stay at the Beach

We appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for the doggie bowls, toys and towel. We spent lots of time around the dining table. And lots of time with the variety of games. Very comfy and clean inside and lovely, fenced back yard. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The entire stay was great.
